The donut was delicious but the service was poor. There was one person ahead of me. A manager was sitting doing an interview at a table in the lobby. One girl at the counter, she focused on that customer. When it finally was my turn I ordered 2 donuts and 2 milks. I was handed everything separately, I asked for napkins and was pointed to a bar in the lobby. I had to go get my milks in the other direction. I went and asked for a bag and was thrown a big plastic bag after I had to wait for get to finish the best customer after me. I had no hands to pick up the bag so I just left. Apon walking out another worker was walking in so I tried to get thru the door while he was coming in. He let the door slam in my face. Never said sorry, never attempted to hold for for me. No one cared about any kind of service there especially good service. I was so smart by the time I left all I could do was laugh.

Just left this location today November 22 at noon and the service was terrible. The dark skin girl at the register is rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. I repeated my order 3 times to her and she still put it in wrong, resulting in me overpaying for items I never wanted. When I tried to get her attention to correct the issues, she walked right past me and said “I don’t have time for this”. Completely unacceptable. I will never come back here again.

This is the second time they miss one of my items. I went back because I was missing part of my order. When I asked for napkin the guy from the drive thru window was extremely rude. He hand them to me like this. Who would wanna clean there face or hand with napkin looking like this. Told him next time he shouldn’t be handing them out like that. DO BETTER !

Had an issue with my debit card, not sure if terminal was having issues. After a few minutes of waiting shift leader Pedrion came over apologized and took care of us. He was extremly friendly always had a smile on his face and again apologized. Dunkin Doughnuts definetly needs more employees like Pedrion. Pedrion thank you for making my day.

I have never had a good experience here but only come given location to my child’s school. I waited 17 minutes in the parking lot with no one to bring food out, they just leave you hanging and then say they’ll give you a refund. Terrible service and management.

Good afternoon , I am everyday customer and I the customer made a mistake I placed an order on the app for faster service and the TEAM LEAD LAFRESH had hella attitude this day with me and said she couldn’t do nothing that I had to replace the order which I get I messed up but she didn’t even want to budge with me I told her well I want the same drink expect from frozen to ice like I order it everyday !! I know she could have tooken my drink and remade it . But NO she said I had to replace the order all over again so I had to waste my money twice because she “couldn’t do nothing for me “ didn’t even say sorry to me once for the attitude or anything ! She’s is rude I don’t know how she is a team lead .

When we ordered got our food and there was a whopping 6 little hashbrows in the bag. The sandwich they were out of croissants bread and they substituted sourdough that was stale. We ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and we had to ask for them otherwise we would not have got them. When we were eating another guy had to ask for his donuts also otherwise they would not have given him his either.
