SSSLLLOOOOWWW I've visited this location several times, both through the drive-thru and inside, and each time I've experienced excruciatingly slow service. During my most recent visit, I ordered only donutsāno drinksāand waited three minutes at the window before anyone even acknowledged me. After that, it took another two minutes to receive my donuts. Prior to that, I spent eight minutes waiting in the drive-thru line just to reach the window.

I wouldn't feed food from this dump to my worst enemy.
The hash browns were so overcooked and rubbery that I couldn't even bite through one. If they were edible, I'd have been more upset about paying $2 for an order of six hash browns.
The bread on the sourdough sandwich was pure charcoal and rock hard. I couldn't bite through it. I tasted the bacon on the sandwich and it tasted like what I imagine Beggin' Strips taste like.
My wife's coffee was 45% cream, 45% sugar, and 10% coffee. It looked like straight milk. That's obviously not what she ordered. My black coffee was watery and stale.
Every single thing we bought immediately went in the trash. A gulag would probably have better food.

Terrible service by this location, came in and waited for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging meā¦ After 10 minutes, their employee said āregister is closed, go to drive-through.ā No sign, no nothing. Couldāve told me that as soon as I walked in. Avoid this location at all cost.

The whole staff was very kind and attentive I was here waiting for my car to get serviced by a nearby dealership so I came here to get a late breakfast. Wanted to shout out associate named Free she was super helpful as I needed a refill while I was still waiting for my car

Bad customer service every time. Today was enough for me to give a bad review usually I try not to. I had to throw away my entire order, the bread taste like a untoasted sesame bagel, the hash browns were old and soggy, and the coffee tastes old. Never going back and donāt recommend.

I tried posting a picture, but for some reason, itās not letting me, but there was some black substance at the bottom of my iced coffee and not only doesnāt look gross, but itās not coffee because itās not Dissolving so either thereās black mold or dirt in the sugar that theyāre using Or dirt in the cup! Iām so disgusted right now.

Stopped at the drive thru here; the person taking my order was having a hard time and confirmed my order three times which I did appreciate but I had to park to wait for my sandwich to be done; not a big deal but my order still ended up being wrong
(American cheese when I asked for white cheddar). Otherwise, the sandwich and latte were good
It takes a staff of three adults to microwave a bagel sandwich and take over 15 minutes???? This is suppose to be a drive thru not a sit-in restaurant. This place is slow. Bad service. Takes too long. If I were the Quality Control Manager or staff I would fire everyone here. This place needs new staff to operate more efficiently. The negative reviews online are real here.

I would like to start off by saying the lady at the Register had great customer service.There was a gentleman in the back eating on the front line which is unacceptable in a food industry on top of that. I got a hot sandwich that came out cold. I got the bagel, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The bagel doesn't even seem toasted. Let alone my egg is cold. The cheese is not melted. Try calling the store, but it Direct you to voicemail, this has gotta be the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from a Dunkin' Donuts. Surprisingly, the airport food at Dunkin tastes way better than what I got today. Very disappointed, unsatisfied.

It's incredibly easy to microwave a piece of precooked sausage and slap it on a croissant with a pre cooked egg and hand it to the customer you would think but at this Dunkin that's usually not the case it's in a convenient place near my work so I stop for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich 2 items and get parked consistently it's about the only consistent thing at this location you're going to get parked
