Had an issue with my debit card, not sure if terminal was having issues. After a few minutes of waiting shift leader Pedrion came over apologized and took care of us. He was extremly friendly always had a smile on his face and again apologized. Dunkin Doughnuts definetly needs more employees like Pedrion. Pedrion thank you for making my day.

SSSLLLOOOOWWW
I've visited this location several times, both through the drive-thru and inside, and each time I've experienced excruciatingly slow service. During my most recent visit, I ordered only donuts—no drinks—and waited three minutes at the window before anyone even acknowledged me. After that, it took another two minutes to receive my donuts. Prior to that, I spent eight minutes waiting in the drive-thru line just to reach the window.

The whole staff was very kind and attentive I was here waiting for my car to get serviced by a nearby dealership so I came here to get a late breakfast. Wanted to shout out associate named Free she was super helpful as I needed a refill while I was still waiting for my car
