It's Friday only one person running the restaurant!! Because the General Manager decided they only need 1 person working the entire restaurant at 830am with 10 people waiting on line on a friday!! Wait time was soo long. He was working super hard.but people were getting upset waiting. Donuts were old dried out. Just not acceptable!! Restaurant was clean. The guy did a great job but I'm sure under paid and definitely over worked!

Used the kiosk to place an order for glazed donuts. The lady told me after waiting that they don’t have any. When I asked to cancel my order she said “I can’t do that because you used the kiosk, if I helped you here I could do it” What is the point of the kiosk if the items they are selling aren’t available AND the worker can’t figure out a refund option? Need better workers to make sure they mark items “out of stock” when needed so they don’t throw the blame on the machine when asking for a refund 😂.

The girl who worked Monday morning 2/10/25 was knocking it out of the park !! One gal show!! She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!

Everyone has the worst attitude and coffee tasted bad. I miss the older Mexican chic I used to see because she was very respectful friendly. I didn’t even get my receipt.
First and last time visiting location. Way understaffed, lazy, made both coffees wrong then when I came back to get one coffee corrected for somebody they were jam packed so I just left. Do better
