The girl who worked Monday morning 2/10/25 was knocking it out of the park !! One gal show!! She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!

Everyone has the worst attitude and coffee tasted bad. I miss the older Mexican chic I used to see because she was very respectful friendly. I didn’t even get my receipt.
First and last time visiting location. Way understaffed, lazy, made both coffees wrong then when I came back to get one coffee corrected for somebody they were jam packed so I just left. Do better

Walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged. Stood in the lobby for a few minutes, to get my payment ready, stood in line as NO ONE was waiting, still no “hi” or “I’ll be right with you” just them doing their own thing. Drive thru wasn’t busy, inside wasn’t busy, no one was in a rush. Waiting about 5 minutes in front of register. Finally I just had to walk out… Starbucks is across the street, just go there to begin with!

Whatever you do do not order their expensive bacon. It’s a laughable amount. At first, when he gave me the bag I thought he forgot to put the Bacon in the bag. It was so light. When my daughter took it out And looked at it, it was just an extremely small amount of bacon at the bottom of the bag. Looked nothing like the picture! It really just looked like maybe two small pieces of bacon crunched in the bottom of the bag. I brought it back up to the front and he said that it was just because it’s fresh that it looks so small. It was one of the stupidest excuses I have ever heard. But what are you gonna do? I probably should’ve just returned it and got my money back, but my daughter was hungry. Definitely a humongous waste of money. I will never buy it again.
Super nice cashier and friendly. Very clean. Food was also good. Coffee was fresh and nice and hot. This Dunkin’ Donuts is located inside Sam’s Town Casino at the back right next to Subway. Glaze donut was delicious. Thank you, we will be back. ?our food was nice and hot. Only thing no napkins.

Person working does not understand coffee. Just wanted a decaf drink. She said they were out of decaf espresso but had decaf coffee and then when I tried to order a decaf iced coffee she said they were out of decaf iced coffee. You can just pour coffee over ice?? Did not end up getting anything after trying to order three different drinks.
