I paid almost $9 this morning for 2 wake up wraps and an order of hashbrowns. They did not put my hadhbrowns in the bag. I tried to call the store, no answer and answering machine says, " There is no more room for messages" I wonder why?? I'm very pissed!!!

Not sure why it’s even called Dunkin Donuts. They never have any in stock even going early. They always taste stale and never fresh. Service is hit or miss you just never know how they’re going to treat you.

you can't go wrong with Dunkin. that being said, we ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and were the only people in the store, and we wondered if the entire kitchen left to chase down the chicken who would lay the egg that would hatch the chicken that would lay the eggs for the sandwiches. the movement was that slow preparing the food. we did not have any mods or substitutions to our order.

A few years ago, we moved to the area, found this Dunkin' close to us, and were stoked. That said, several visits were horrible and we didn't return for quite some time. Recently decided to give them another shot... And have been back a few times since. Everything has been on point, on time, the staff has been courteous and the whole experience was a complete turnaround. Bravo for getting it together! We'll be back!!!

Frozen Iced latte was like buying a small amount of coffee and waaay too much ice ? It was 80 ice/20 drink! So mad with this. Since then I literally ask for 2-3 cubes and that's it smh. At least the drink was tasty?

I go to this location before work during lunch and after work. They're all always great. But today the 2 girls that were working during a 530pm shift were amazing! They understood and really helped me they made some really bomb coffee for me and definitely had customer service! Shout out to u ladies I appreciate you I go there all the time and no issues but today was exceptional thankyou!
