The recent reviews scared me but I wanted to try this Dunkin to see specifically and they honestly were great! I went in to see the experience (and for food of couse lol)
I waited a little bit to order and they are busy but I got what I needed and they even helped when I wanted something extra. They looked like they were just focused since there is so many orders.

Dunkin’ is always a solid choice for coffee on the go. ☕ They even have a special happy hour where drinks are a little cheaper, which makes it an even better value. The quality is consistent—you know you’re getting a good cup of coffee every time—and the prices are hard to beat compared to other spots on the Strip. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, budget-friendly caffeine fix.

Two days in a row, (granted I came late, at 6pm & 7:30pm) I tried to get an iced coffee. Both trips the girl RUDELY said “we got no cold brew & no coffee.” No sorry, no other offerings, so ridiculous how this place is either ALWAYS out of donuts, or always out of coffee. These lazy workers are killin the brand!

I'm sure it's only preference so take the review with a grain of salt. To the manager, it's not personal. My wife got a coffee/egg bites and I got the strawberry Rockstar/sourdough breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was weird. It's like it's precooked then microwaved at the store. It was luke warm and looked old. The bacon was pressed into the cheese and just didn't look appetizing. Plus the sour dough was overwhelming in that it was all bread and very little egg and bacon. My strawberry Rockstar was too sweet and didn't work for me. To be honest, this is the 3rd Dunkin I've been to and the others didn't impress me either so this isn't store specific.

I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until I got home, 15 minutes away, that they messed up my food. I had to drive all the way back just to get it fixed, and not a single person apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. Totally unacceptable.

Keep driving and find yourself one of the many wonderful places that are close by. These are the most miserable people I have encountered since I have arrived here. They got my order wrong twice and by the third time the girl threw the bag at me as if it was my fault she can’t pay attention. There’s lots of people who would appreciate your job!! Hopefully Dunkin’ Donuts makes a change in their staff. Aside from the staff, this place never has anything in stock. I do not recommend them at all and will never return here.
