I do not recommend this place. I ordered a cappuccino, but it was made extremely strong. I asked the staff member for a little milk to dilute it, and she told me I would have to pay for the extra milk. But how is that fair if you make the coffee so strong that it’s impossible to drink? Why should I have to pay again? I paid $5.29 for a medium cup — why should I pay another $2.17 just to be able to enjoy my coffee? I asked the staff member why, when I order a latte, I get mostly steamed milk, but when I order a cappuccino, I get a drink so strong that it makes my heart jump out of my chest. There is absolutely no customer focus here. I do not recommend this place.

This was a great place to sit and get some of my homework done but unfortunately they close at 4PM which is pretty early. Once they closed the gates they didn’t clean the lobby, they cleaned behind the counter, locked up, and left leaving a dirty space. The seating area stays open even after their closing. The coffee was in point and the food was good but the hours are not ideal!

There's only one worker taking orders and preparing food. And some people are too lazy to order from the kiosk. I waited 18minutes for my order.Also, employee handled cash at the checkout and then continued handling food and drinks without washing her hands or putting on gloves.

As a truck driver that heavily relies on these truck stop places, I am very disappointed at this Dunkin Donuts. When you get the cream filled and jelly filled donuts, there is barely any filling. The service is questionable too. I was the first customer and just ordered a coffee. A guy comes up minutes after me to order donuts, and got served his half dozen before I got served one small coffee. How is that possible with one person working and only 2 customers?

DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY HERE!! We purchased $30 of Breakfast foods on our trip. Literally not to be dramatic We couldn’t get past the first bite of food. The best way i can describe it is that it taste like 7-11 food that’s been left out for daysss. Such a horrible taste. Service did also take a really really long time. and on top of that ordered 1 drink and it was finished in a couple sips cause it was completely full with ice. Everything food wise that we purchased was just thrown away. Left a horrible taste in our mouth for a while. Please save your money and go to another spot. Not worth it!
Dunkin in the gas station’s market. There were tables and seats to enjoy donuts and drinks, but the space was a bit small. The order/pick-up counter was a bit small as well. Guests were crowded at the counter and made a mess. The team members were friendly and patient to place orders and make the drinks. The wait time was quite long. I ordered two drinks. It took 10 minutes to receive the first drink and 16 minutes to get the second drink. The drinks were good, as expected. The price was very reasonable. The self-ordering kiosk did not work though.

I will not be returning. I now have to go out of my way for a simple donut order. I was the only one there and it took 20 minutes for 3 dozen mix. You have to order on a Kiosk. So the person working is checking off every donut added to the box. Excruciating to be apart of.

Did a Order from this location, first time because of Door dash and they suck. Coffees were not filled, no flavoring was added to any of the coffees ordered. Also they give you 3 pieces of non cooked bacon when ordering 2 only received 1. I will never order Dunkin especially if it's from this Location. DO BETTER.
