The crew on duty refused to serve my friend and wanted her to use the kiosk. She was having difficulty ordering the $6 deal through the kiosk. Hence, she waited by the cashier.
They deliberately ignored her the whole 7mins she was standing in there!

Extremely slow service. They will serve people that ordered at the kiosk before they even take yours at the counter. I left when a kind woman's coffee was made wrong and she didn't want to waste it. Thanks to her, I was able to leave early!

This DD would double their sales if they hired staff that are pleasant, efficient with their time and happy to have a job. Been here twice and received the same crap service each time. Wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone says anything, and then they advise you to use the kiosk to order. Well the kiosk doesn't accept cash. I look forward to the day where a "barista" is just a robot and the human elemant gets removed.

Traveling to Utah and Colorado intend to stop at this rest stop and Everytime I stop by this Dunkin it's either closed or I receive horrible service.
Love my Dunkin coffee. It would be nice if you had one here. Only one is on base so I cannot get my favorite coffee.
