Can't really give a review, the place is not even open. The hours say 4am to 4pm. I went in at 6:30am and it's still closed and not a person in sight with all the gates pulled down. What a way to run a business.

Walked out after waiting in line for 20 minutes to order a donut in the morning. Only a SINGLE person working the entire shop. All customers in line were upset even though the lady was working very hard.Shame on management for allowing this.

I had to give a 1 star so i could leave a review but if i could of i wouldnt have givin any stars. Horrible customer service. When you go to order your drink you get no hello, no eye contact, no thank you, nothing but the total of what you owe. Who ever owns this dunkin doughnuts may want to go check it out under cover to see what is happening in this location. Not a friendly store at all.

Shame on this place for not having enough staff! The one person to run the whole shop is ridiculous. Needs a minimum of 3 people.To the young lady that is overworked the morning of 2/8/2024, I was being honest when I gave you 10% of what I won at the casino yesterday. I wish it had been more.

I went in to get a cold brew. The gentleman was very hospitable but the woman came over took over what he was doing and made the drink wrong. When I said it was wrong she argued that it was right and gave ugly attitude. I wont go in here again.

Tall black woman took my order with an attitude without any word. When I got my order I noticed that it was not what I ordered. When I told her that she started yelling. When I said is this how you treat your customers. She said that they are not paying me enough to treat the customers good. She left and they did not offer a refund and the correct food either.
Tasha had the worst customer service attitude and got mine and my coworkers orders wrong. If your having a bad day or don't take pride in your job then just stay home.
