I go to Dutch Bros because I love Irish Cream and few places have it as a sweetener. I order the same drink daily and they get my order right half the time.
I still drink it when my order is wrong but I don’t enjoy it. I ask for 1 oz of breve and it usually is made with 2 oz so I can’t taste the coffee anymore. Given that I order the exact same way, every single time, I can only assume it’s either the way that they’re noting My drink differently or that The person who is making My drink is not reading the notes.
They’re very friendly and nice. I think I’m just gonna have to start ordering my cold brew with a half-and-half on the side since when I tell them how I want it they can’t seem to make it consistent.

I went to Dutch Bros today as I normally do and the goth girl gave me so much attitude when I tried ordering.. and tried to be smart when repeating back my order. Smh. Asked for a receipt for my white mocha blended and her name was Ashley. Can I bring this receipt in to talk to her manager as proof? Or can I send proof of receipt to someone. I just always know this stand as being very nice and always talkative. Maybe I’ll go for a drive to hit up the Eastern locations now 🤷🏻♂️

I came here on my birthday to get my free drink and i actually came around the drive thru and i was crying because i was just having the worst day ever - the girls at this Dutch actually never even scanned my app for my free drink, they just gave me my drink for free! i’m pretty sure it was because i was crying and they didn’t want to hassle me about the birthday drink, regardless it really made my day a lot better and it shows how a small act of kindness can make such a difference. i felt so grateful that they recognized i was having a hard time and had such great customer service 🥹🫶🏻 Thank u ladies !! 💘💘

They were late to take my order. Gave me a cold cookie butter drink instead of a hot one that I ordered. So when I actually got the hot one it wasn't sweet at all. I actually like the coffee from Dutch Bros but today I tried a different location on flamingo in las Vegas and I was disappointed

I used to frequent Dutch all the time, great drinks at an average price. It's very sweet and sugary, though, so if you haven't had one in a while and then decide to get one all of a sudden, be prepared.

I really enjoy Dutch Bros. Their employees are always friendly. Customer service is obviously important to the company! Their menu online is HUGE so make sure you check it out. More often than not there's a pretty long line. Sometimes it's better to park and walk up instead of going through the drive thru.
