The new location in Norco is awesome! Great, friendly, reasonable place for coffee, smoothies, shakes, energy drinks, teas, and hot chocolate. They will make any flavor you ask for. Fast service.

My one star review is because it isn't hard to mark yourself temp closed or closed. We love Dutch so much we took an uber to this location only to find it closed. Full blown construction box in the drive thru. So annoying and if you're gonna advertise yourself open you can advertise yourself closed.

Update as of 2/29/24- They'll be CLOSED MARCH 2024 (03/03/2024 to 04/04/2024) for renovations.Dutch Bros is known for their friendly employees.. (in fact, I won't go there if I'm feeling particularly anti-social. Ha.)Their coffee is very smooth tasting (if you don't like the burnt taste of Starbucks, you'll love it.) Tip: if coffee leaves you jittery, try the white coffee... It's the same coffee beans, just not as toasted. It'll give you energy without the jitters.

When you need something to pick you up. Not something small but something huge and delicious. Well that's a freeze from DB's now it's a sad thing but because of some really dumb public officials the price of these delicacies are now way more expensive. It's still worth it because they're huge and loaded with tastiness and you can have a ton of nitrous oxide added to it to fuel any tasks you might have. Regular drinks are just as large and tasty as well. Don't take my word for it. get over here now and buy one. HURRY... cheers...

That coffee was not a nine one one. I don't think that was a full 6 shots of espresso. I have have been drinking 911s since 1998 when I lived in Ashland ORYea..... I know how it suppose to taste. It never kicked in peopleNot at all. Weak! If someone is asking for something not on the menu but it's a classic don't assume that person doesn't know how that drink is suppose to taste.

It’s actually crazy how this store compares to the other ones.Everytime I come it’s a problem, I don’t think I’ve been here once without them messing up a drink?? Also the wait time here is ridiculous, they have double the amount of employees some dutch bros have, and still manage to get cars out of the line twice as slow??I used my free drink with two extra espresso shots, and I don’t even think my drink had one, just tasted like the regular version, and I’ve never had this problem at any of the other locations. I tipped $5 for what?? Plus the employees are super rude here, not a hello or hi at the window and dirty looks while you’re waiting.Every time I come here, I hope it’s different, and I’m always disappointed.At other dutch bros I’ll have a talk with the people there for 5 minutes, they’ll add to my drink or order, or they’ll give me stickers early. But here it’s like “tip?” “ok bye” . I didn’t even get a thank you when I tipped them ?I wouldn’t care if the service was poor, but at least get me out of the line in less than 15 minutes.
