Really nervous and now don't even want to come here after my last visit the guy that is Chinese or whatever he is...pretty sure he has it out for me he is the tall Chinese guy usually comes off friendly but you can definitely catch on to some of the employees fakeness if you come here quite often you'll know. Anyways I get my go to drink and he obviously put down pumpkin or someone did it I know for a fact he talks crap about me like I said I don't know exactly why or what it is if the employees here hold grudges because we don't tip them or what but I'm sure not going to tip for a 1-2 minute if even that interaction and my drink ain't even right. As someone said in the reviews the overweight bleached blonde at the window usually there mid afternoon is horrible she be acting like she is a manager or better than you but she is the one working in a coffee box after all. Overall this location use to give California surfer vibes where everybody seemed super chill and happy but i don't know what happened most of the times they are unfriendly and rude.

I have the service a 1 unfortunately because the girl who we asked to correct our order had way too much attitude and I don’t mean in a good way our fraps came out extra bitter and day old instead of extra sweet like we asked and upon her having to remake them she acted as if it was an inconvenience to her smh. I love Dutch Bro’s and have never had that bad of a barista before and I hope moving forward I don’t ever again this place is known for having some of the most sweetest, friendliest, happiest employees all around however I’m sorry to say she took that outlook away for that day!

The one by my job are way more friendly and the drinks are always made right! This location sucks and they are not nice especially the blonde girl at the front that's heavy set and the African American guy who is tall and skinny I really don't like coming here when the two of them are working.

The drink was excellent! I got a seasonal cookie dough something... I don't normally drink coffee or specialty drinks anymore. But it's so damn hot here in Vegas we couldn't resist this time.
