I had heard a lot about this place but based on prior social media based experiences, I figured it was blown over the top. I decided to stop and try it before flying back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. I’m actually glad I gave it a shot because it was well worth it. I had a medium iced annihilator and it hit the spot first thing in morning. Definitely a fan now. The customer service was great and the staff was super friendly.

The music is a bit unpleasant and childish. Most of the staff is great. The new mobile order feature through the app has been the worst experience and they dont make my coffee until I show up. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Made the drinks perfect and afternoon crew was extra friendly, even verified the order was what we wanted when we arrived. So far Dutch Bros has never disappointed. We stopped in Kansas, Colorado and now Nevada and the employees and drinks were awesome. Thank you.
