The wait was pretty long and cars started leaving. I ordered a strawberry shake and boy it was so watery my son did not like it. The bobas were ok i just would of preferred more boba rather then a sprinkle.
Tipping should be an option...not a thing to be said when you order. I too noticed that this location is unorganized that cause wait time to be longer.

I’ll start off by saying I come to this Dutch bros weekly. It’s exactly what I expect from a Dutch, but the employees working the drive thru have absolutely zero awareness of when people arrive. I don’t think it’s intentional but when you have two lines that funnel into one and are taking orders car by car instead of an intercom you have a duty to keep the order of the line. It feels like such a slight against you when you’ve been waiting in line for several minutes and a car just pulls up and has there order taken immediately then your told to follow behind them. This is not a one off either. Happens at least once every few visits. Finally got so bad that I feel a need to say something.
