I am leaving a review to express my deep disappointment with the experience my boyfriend and I had at your location today, March 10, 2025, at approximately 2:48 PM.
While at the drive-thru window, my boyfriend was met with unnecessary and unwarranted hostility from a male barista who sarcastically asked, “You got something to say, buddy?” This was then followed by a female barista asking if he had a question, to which he simply responded, “No.”
We were both caught off guard by this interaction, as there was no prior exchange that would justify such behavior. It was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable experience for us as customers.
I strongly believe that respectful customer service should be a priority, and I hope this matter is addressed with the team to prevent similar situations in the future. I appreciate your time in reviewing this concern and would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this will be handled.

I go to Dutch everyday today it’s not even busy but the broistas decide they rather have conversations other than taking my order I waited in drive thru then parked my car to walk up to the window yet still no help they need better people working here at this location. I’ll be going to the location on Tropicana from now on

On this day (2/14) Dutch Bros was having some kind of pie throw to the face event. I am ordering my drinks (two electric berry rebel blended w/soft top) , the entire time the girl was taking my order, she is completely unprofessional. Not paying attention to what I am saying and looking at the pie throwing thats happening. I asked if they had the heart shape sprinkles but she said they ran out so I said okay never-mind then. When I go up to the window both drinks had no soft top, are runny, not blended well, and one had boba. I did not mention boba at all. I wasted $14. Not to mention it was not busy so there was no reason for the drinks to be made wrong. This is why I do not leave tips.

No one was outside to help. And the person who helped me was not helpful. Why is there ice in my nitro cold brew? I didn’t wanna go to Starbucks cause they charge a lot but now I see why. Just stick with Starbucks. This place and all of them are bad.

I can't believe I tried this dutch again I'm sure the coffee can be made correctly but look at the photo of this peach BLACK tea. What it looks and tastes like is water with peach flavor. Yes I just described sugar water that's what I was served this morning. After I said hey this does not look like it has tea in it at all the Barista shrugged her shoulders. We will know they use see through cups it's surprising it was served at all, I should have handed it back and drove off but this way I was able to get a video of me pouring the water on the ground.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife got two drinks and the total was $14 but looking at her card statement she was charged $16. Looks like the worker there automatically added a tip?? Not cool at all. Normally they ask for a tip after you place an order but instead the guy just told her the total and charged her card without asking for the tip. If you plan on ordering be sure they mention a tip because they will automatically charge you. We won’t be coming back to this location again. Such a shame!!
Don’t let the long lines fool you, first Dutch bros I’ve been too that drive thru moves pretty fast; absolutely love the golden eagle w/ a chocolate soft top ?
