Do not do order ahead. It’s literally pointless. I did it, showed up when it gave me the time and didn’t get my drink until I went all the way through the drive thru line and picked it up at the window.

Very bad service, very slow but everything is very good, they have to put more people, the person who served us with the order in the line of cars was the same one who was preparing the drinks for us, I don't know why if they sell so much, they don't put more people to help this place It is between ((Decatur and Alta))

If you want a medium cup full of ice in a large cup come here. Service and atmosphere is good. But very disappointing getting a cup full of ice after a long day of work under the summer sun with no break and only wanting a good drink not a cup full of ice. Avoid this location!! I recommend the Cheyenne, Tropica, Charleston, and or the Rancho location in the north west part of town.
Update: management took care of the problem and provided me 3 free drinks. I will change my 2 starts to 3
I’m genuinely annoyed. I ordered 3 drinks and 2/3 were wrong. I ordered a 911 with Carmel around the cup …. No Carmel …. I ordered a breve 4x coconut white chocolate on top and around the cup …. That absolutely was not a breve it tasted like almond milk and no white chocolate on top. I asked them hey that’s a breve right they said yes. I took a sip said it wasn’t a breve they said yes it is and wouldn’t remake it because the line is long.

This review is for 5/27/2024 between 6:50pm to 7:18pm. It was taking 15-20 minutes for each car in drive through to get their drinks while the walk ups were receiving their drinks on demand. I would encourage you to check your cameras. Several cars left the lane bc the drive through wasn’t being assisted in a timely manner. The customers parking to make an order however, were being prioritized. I got down to inspect and noted only 3 people on staff - 2 young ladies (chatting & having a good time) & 1 young man. When I told him I would like my drink since I needed to head to work he told me not to skip the drive through line bc it messes up their order (despite being in line 25 minutes and judging by the pace I would be waiting 40 minutes for my drink). My only regret is tipping the customer service. Won’t make the same mistake again. Dutch bros do better. Worse experience getting coffee. Would not recommend and will not return.
