We are almost daily Dutch people and this is by far the worst location.
We ordered 2 drinks and they made them both very wrong. Coffee instead of chai and iced instead of hot. The girl was sort of crappy about it. Like she tried to somehow make it our fault. They weren’t busy. There was no one there when we pulled up.

My drinks were rushed I understand it got busy, but the drinks shouldn’t be rushed because they should look presentable nice and neat and not handed so rushed and quick because I didn’t even get a hello or anything which is fine. I understand it was busy, but I feel like because they’re under a time limit, they need to finish, which is understanding because I’ve been in the food industry, but it shouldn’t be rushing or not nicely presentable. It should all be good and tasting like it should taste and not like water downed I love Dutch Bros™ don’t get me wrong. It’s an amazing company but when it’s rushed and handed kind of rudely unacceptable. I’ve had a couple problems with this location. I just haven’t said anything because I don’t like to be that person but today just really did it for me.

20 minutes and still not at the window!

We are never returning to Dutch Bros after this. I went back after yesterday’s “light ice” (2nd photo) and today I confirmed light ice at the window and then when I received the cup (1st photo)half full of ice reiterated I wanted light ice, they insisted it WAS light and started talking about milk measurements. I am not just seeking an actual cup worth of my drink(although that would also be nice). I don’t want my drink insanely cold since I keep my car’s air conditioning very cold. I went to another location afterwards to use up my free drink and spend the last money left in my app. Time to go back to Starbucks since at least they actually make the drinks the way you order them.

I was in Vegas getting a order. When I got back to the hotel I spilled one drink. It was replaced at no charge by the staff a Dutch brother's.
