I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. I was iffy about Dutch Bros after a bad experience, but this shop made it better and I will definitely be visiting again. I cannot recommend this location enough!
Turn the music down. Only an idiot blasts music so loud that when the customer asks for stuff like cream or sugar they can't hear them because the music is so loud. You guys can do better, staff should be not wearing earpods, attentive to customers, and music should be off where the staff are working so they can hear the customer clearly.
This is my go to Dutch even though it’s farther away from me. Always good customer service. Always so friendly. Always get my order right. Super fast getting my drinks. I’ve been here when there’s like 20 cars and they move the line so quickly and efficiently.
