Turn the music down. Only an idiot blasts music so loud that when the customer asks for stuff like cream or sugar they can't hear them because the music is so loud. You guys can do better, staff should be not wearing earpods, attentive to customers, and music should be off where the staff are working so they can hear the customer clearly.
This is my go to Dutch even though it’s farther away from me. Always good customer service. Always so friendly. Always get my order right. Super fast getting my drinks. I’ve been here when there’s like 20 cars and they move the line so quickly and efficiently.
Was a little sad this wasn’t full when I picked up my drink today… before I could ask the girl left the window for the next order. Don’t want to be a Karen but damn if I order an expensive drink I at least want it full.
