The staff in the morning are always so nice! I love that they remember me and my order when I show up. Also I love that you can order ahead and pick up at the walk up window outside.

Good dinner specials offered.
This was my first time at Dutch Bros and I'm so mad at myself for waiting! Better selection and better prices than the mermaid. I got a large specialty chai, my friend got a large specialty drink from tik tok, we also got her kiddos 2 small drinks all for under $20. That would have EASILY cost almost $30 at the mermaid. Skip the mermaid guys, she ain't for us, she's for the shareholders, her billionaire investors. **Not a paid influencer, just an honest opinion giver**
The employees are nice but when there is 5 cars in front of me and it takes almost 30 minutes to get one drink that's ridiculous.

Expect at least a 10-15 minute wait time! Even if there are only 3 cars in line. This is absolutely absurd for a drive through coffee shop, not thrilled this is the closest one to my house. Will likely have to get coffee elsewhere…

this place is chopped. DO NOT come here in the morning if you have to be somewhere by a certain time. you WILL wait 20, sometimes 30 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for 1 singular coffee. back in the good ol days when this place opened about 5-6 years ago, they’d bring your coffee to you before you even got to the window. nowadays you’re stuck in line for a half an hour and they don’t start making your drink until you’re at the window. it’s madness and absolute bonkers. and the fact that they still have the audacity to ask for a tip knowing damn well that they’re going to take ages to make your drink is wild. the dutch bros 5 minutes up the street in skye canyon is miles ahead of this place. dutch bros, do better.

Love going, but seeing 4 people outside to get an order and the line is 20 minutes plus every time… not sure it’s always worth it. See a long line? Nah- head elsewhere. Lots of kids in there working.
Also, just got my order and it was not blended… and I’m already late for my appointment after sitting in line for a yes, again another 20 minutes. Sigh. It looks like the customers that go straight up to the counter get better service and faster.
I guess I’ll just be disappointed this time.

Dutch Bros was something new to me after moving to Las Vegas. Seeing the long line, I wanted to find out what all the hype was about. Honestly, though, the drinks are just too sweet for my taste. If you’re not into heavy sugar, you probably won’t enjoy them either. If you’re concerned about obesity or have diabetes, I’d recommend choosing another shop to avoid the sugar overload. As other reviewers have mentioned, the long line also creates congestion on the street, which can be frustrating.

Need to fix drive thru attitude and add more sings where the line continuous because it’s a waste of gas to go all the way around after you get kicked out after being on the line

FIY, this specific location does not make good coffee and gives you attitude while you’re ordering.

Had a previous negative experience at this location, but decided to give it a few more tries, and the service has been nothing but great ever since.
