This location has went downhill. Go to any other location and you will get the traditional Dutch Bros coffee that they are known for. I have been a loyal customer here for the past year. In the last few months, the coffee has been getting worse, and the last 3 coffees I got here, tasted like muddy water. They cant seem to manage the vehicle line anymore as well, so that becomes a nightmare of an option. I used to say that you can never go wrong with Dutch Bros, but unfortunately, this location has proven me wrong. Off to Skye Canyon location for me.

I went to get a coffee I get at any location I can go to and it was a mocha base. When the guy handed it to me he said here is your latte and before I could tell them it should have been a mocha he walked away, trying to get someones attention to fix it and I was ignored. The people were nice when ordering and the drink was good but I went for something specific and not getting it was a let down

Twice now my mobile order hasn't been ready 20-30 minutes after ordering. This morning was by far the worst, placed the mobile order at 8:18am, app said it would be ready at 8:27am, order still wasn't ready at 8:47am, I had to leave without getting my order.

This was my first time at Dutch Bros and I'm so mad at myself for waiting! Better selection and better prices than the mermaid. I got a large specialty chai, my friend got a large specialty drink from tik tok, we also got her kiddos 2 small drinks all for under $20. That would have EASILY cost almost $30 at the mermaid. Skip the mermaid guys, she ain't for us, she's for the shareholders, her billionaire investors. **Not a paid influencer, just an honest opinion giver**
