Nobody was around, I get in line and another car got behind me after I was well waiting in line. I'm told to back up and let them go first since I entered the other way.How ridiculous, I understand if it's busy and too many people are clogging the alley, but it was dead and I was well in line before that person even came. Tell me how this makes sense? Or maybe I don't know... add a sign?People were friendly, drink was good. Corporate needs to fix the drive through

Love this place but the line is becoming unbearable. It's coffee, I don't have 20-30 min to wait. There are employees just sitting around while the wait is incredibly long. Other locations are much better.

Been coming to Dutch bros since the nineties. At this Dutch bros today we got cut in line the person admitted it and was still served first and with nothing more than a shrug to the rest of us who were following the rules and waiting patiently. After getting my drink it was wrong(happens sometimes my drinks have gotten more and more out there as I've gotten older and bolder) I came back and walked up to the walk up to get it rectified. I was acknowledged but there were a few people in line ahead of me. I waited for the line to pass and told the person stationed at the window that my drink was made incorrectly and how it was supposed to be made. They apologized and re rang it in so it could get made correctly. However this correction. Didn't take place until all the other drinks were served. I know I'm here gripping about cutting them complaining that my drink remake didn't get pushed up but that's kinda the standard. I will be finding a different Dutch bros moving forward

The drive thru situation is absolutely confusing. I just moved to this area so I hadn’t ever been to this location before, so I didn’t know that this location had a proper way to get in line. I saw no one was in line for the actual drive thru when I turned into the parking lot. When I turned in there was just 1 big car parked by the parking lot entrance near the Taco Bell so I drove around them because I assumed they were just sitting there. I pulled into the drive thru and that car pulled in behind me. I then heard him complaining how I cut him in line. I was utterly confused because I didn’t understand. His car was parked so far away from the drive thru entrance. I returned back to that same Dutch bros a few days later and realized that the line starts all the way by the Taco Bell drive thru but I didn’t realize because the car was blocking the sign from Dutch bros which stated to wait there. I felt so bad after realizing I cut the guy in line. I had no clue. This drive thru makes absolutely no sense and is not user friendly especially to people who aren’t aware of the rules at this location.

First time ever trying the lemonade drink was very good but it was too sweet so I mixed it with a different drink and everything was perfect as always oh you should try the banana cream pie it's pretty

I got this exact drink two days ago from a different location and it was amazing, I go to this one today and it tastes NOTHING like the other, isnt even good, I think they forgot to put the cookie syrup, I even asked for extra sweet so to not taste a hint of it really makes me think it was skipped. They were busier chit chatting with each other than double checking my order
