The coffee is great! But the staff at the Sahara location not so much. I always ask for light ice and they top it off with ice and when I tell them about it, they just snatch it back. Only to take the top off and scoop some of the ice out with it and they dump some of the coffee out. Always get a much worse attitude afterwards.. 🙃 I didn’t know it hurt to put a bit more milk in the coffee.

Me and my partner are regulars here, but lately I’m just getting every my order in a wrong way. The late with cinnamon sprinkles mixed I had a half cup, and I’m not kidding, half of a cup of cinnamon. It’s imposible to drink When I’m asking for protein milk with chocolate syrup for my kid - half of the time I’m getting coffee in it. It’s just upsetting that we have to look for a new place, bcs we don’t have time to fix everything every time before going to work. Today I asked hot earl grey with protein milk. They forgot about protein milk. They gave it to me on a side it was, I’m not kidding, less than an ounce of milk 🤡

Terrible, terrible service at this location. Don't put your tip on your card. Wait till you get to the end and tip in cash if you choose to tip. I'm so glad I didn't tip ahead of time. Because they were rude and had smart remarks to say when I ask for my drink after sitting there for 5 minutes. Glad I did not tip. That's why they took extra long on my drink. I'm sure.
This is our go-to location in Vegas when we are visiting. Staff is always great, and the drinks come out fast
