I am a regular customer at this location—I drive a white Jeep and come almost every single day. Normally, the girls who take my order are so sweet and respectful, but unfortunately, today was a very disappointing experience.
After placing my drive-through order, I pulled up to the window and even tipped before any interaction. The girl at the window mispronounced my name, which I politely corrected, but she looked visibly annoyed. That already set the tone, but I let it go.
Then, when she read back my order, she only mentioned one substitution. I asked politely if the others were included, and instead of simply confirming, she gave me attitude while reading it back, finishing with, “is that good?” in a tone that came across as snarky and condescending. I said yes, just to move on.
A second employee behind her noticed the drink had been made incorrectly and fixed it right away, which I appreciated—thank you to her for paying attention. But the way I was treated at the window was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way for me, but I do expect basic respect, especially as a loyal customer. The difference between how I’m normally treated here and how I was treated today was unfair and discouraging. Sadly, after this experience, I will not be returning.

It took over 15 minutes to get 2 iced coffees with only one car ahead of us, just to get coffee so sweet is was undrinkable. I've never had a worse experience at a dutch bros.

I come to this Dutch almost every morning and never have an Issue. Today however…I Went in at 4:45pm. Ordered two hand blended rebels… girl that took my order was super nice, I tipped. The girl at the window…. Needs a new job. Very rude, disrespectful, & had a very bad attitude. Hair was in a pony tail, long curly brown hair. I miss the old Dutch bros… when they had exceptional customer service!

Asked for softop, didn't get it when the girl handed me my cup, I explained mine had soft top so she added it but with a whole lot of attitude.
Next, they handed me my blended drink and it was dripping coffee but I thought it was just messy. And no, of course they did not give napkins.
I get home and lo and behold, the cup is cracked and I have coffee stains all over my Grey shorts.
I went back and the attitude is got was worse than the first time.
No accountability, just attitudes.
Staff are always friendly. Drinks are always good.
