Love me some Dutch Bros but this location is very inconsistent with making their drinks. I get the Iced Protein Latte in Salted Caramel and it always tastes burnt. I still go here if I'm in the area but I often will drive to a different location just so it is made correctly.

Unfortunately, this location consistently gets my order wrong. My drink never tastes like what I order and it’s a relatively simple order. The green teas always taste watered down and even then when the drinks are correct the cup is rarely filled to the top.
I have been back to this location multiple times since it is the closest to me, however I bought 4 drinks today and only 1 tasted ok. All the others had no flavor and were mostly ice! The employees are generally really nice, it’s just frustrating to consistently feel like you waste your money coming to this location.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros but this location always gets my drink wrong. And if it was only one or two times I wouldn’t say anything but every time I get drinks here they’re always wrong and don’t taste very good.
Unsure what was going on but my order was “missing” when I got to the window. Was embarrassed because of my ADHD i had totally forgotten what I ordered but know it was my birthday reward free drink and knew it wasn’t a coffee drink. I hoped saying that would help them see which drink it was and instead I got an eye roll. My anxiety will not let me go back to this location even though it’s right down the street from my work. I just wanted to drive off without any drink at that point. I should have just left.

This location is great, I almost always have a good experience. I decided to go with my brother to this Dutch Bros last night. This girl with an iPad outside that took our order was extremely rude, didn’t look at us and pretty much walked away after we payed. The person at the window was very polite, after we got our drinks my drink wasn’t made right (small mocha freeze) so I pulled back around. It tasted like it was mixed with something else caramel flavored. I go back around the same girl with the iPad comes up, I let her know that it doesn’t taste like a mocha and she says “yeah that’s a mocha” in almost a smart rude way. And I was like okay but I know it isn’t. She lets us know she’ll remake it. And I said alright let’s do that and she basically walked away not looking at us at all. I ended up getting a refund because I just felt uncomfortable with the whole situation. The person at the window was still very polite and apologized. I love Dutch bros but that was one of if not the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere.

I come to this location pretty often for a drink. The staff is always very kind and my drinks are always great. I usually get their chais. There’s so many different flavor combinations you can try. My favorite for the chais are the white chocolate chai, strawberry horchata chai, and banana cream pie chai. I’m not a huge coffee fan, but adding a single shot of white coffee gives me a good pick me up without the strong taste regular coffee usually has.
