Quality is good like many Dutch Bro's around here. Unfortunately, it's bit slow, probably due in part to not having more people taking orders, leading to having to order at the window. Would not recommend this location given the better speeds and timely service provided by other locations.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience at your establishment, which jeopardized my health and demonstrated a lack of professionalism from your staff.
I have a severe dairy allergy, and I always ensure to request almond milk as a substitute. I overheard an employee ask the barista whether my drink was made with almond milk, to which the barista responded “no.” Despite this, the drink was still handed to me without correction or acknowledgment of the mistake.
This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food allergies, which are a serious health matter. I cannot overstate how dangerous this situation could have been. It also reflects poorly on the standards of training and communication within your team.

I spend about 20$ each visit. Today I was given my drink split in 3 cups and was told they didn’t know how to make my drink. So I was given the Ingredients to make it myself. 🤷🏻♀️

There are closer locations to me, but I have found myself driving a little further to this specific location just for the great energy. The staff is great and they make my drinks PERFECT each time! My favorite location in the city!
Love dutch bros, but today a small accident happened. I ordered a large drink, but I changed it for a different flavor because of sugar free availability. No problem. Followed by ordering 3 other drinks.
I got 2 out of 3 correct. The originally ordered large came out medium. Accidents happen. Maybe the person taking the order rushed to change stuff and accidently left it default medium.
I offered the medium back and offered to pay the difference because I don't want any trouble for the mistake. Cashier apologized for the mix up.
A barista; female, white, tall, stocky; from the back muttered an insult and said "no he wants it large now..." not very appropriate. Proceeds to redo the order. The order was asked to be made with almond milk. Instead the same barista added half and half.
I ended up just accepting the mistake drink because I disliked being there any longer. The disrespectful attitude and the disregard for the customer left me with a bad taste.
I don't think I'll be returning to this branch. I didn't appreciate the vibe or this barista. I'll be going to a further location instead

This location has terrible service. They do not know how to make a hazelnut mocha truffle freeze. Any other location can make it the same way except this location they are too confused. Go to any other location but this one. Wrong drink wrong size they always mess something up. For the amount they charge they should consistently get it right.

Can’t really rate atmosphere for a place that’s is nearly exclusively drive through. Only mark down service because of how inconsistent it is. One day they’re super fast getting orders out, the next day it takes 30 mins with few cars in the drive through.

Plan to try the drive up/pick up soon. Barista explained it to me. She explained the Pros (Grab and go at the counter or if in car you can get it and drive off-depending on place in line) and cons (if mid way or near the back of the line while in car, you will have to wait til you reach a point where you can drive off) Very helpful.

This place gets business like how portillos does back home. They have somebody taking your order outside due to long lines at times. Though the line can get a but long they are very efficient in getting orders out and keeping the line moving. All of the people I have interacted with are so friendly. Get a free drink for downloading the app and then get another one on your birthday!
