Literally the worst experience I've ever had. I was seated and sat for 30 minutes, asked for a server to come take my order and still nobody came to help me. I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one if I could give this place is zero out of zero I would no one ever came to take my food order

Disappointed by most of the changes from new management. Instead of getting a pot of coffee, I got a cup & my server constantly kept coming & asking if I would like more coffee. No, I would like a pot of coffee & peace. The biscuits & gravy was dry, although my server offered to get me more gravy. My daughter’s omelette was over cooked instead of nice & fluffy. And the staff walked around doing their job like they were in a funeral parlor. What happened to all the laughter & happiness the staff used to have? Less food, overcooked food, dry food & no Ms. Lucy happy & singing. Yes, Ms Lucy was there but not her normal loving happy go lucky self. Ms. Kelly was the only saving grace today, she is a great server!! Get rid of new management & try again, because changing around the tables & chairs is ok, but you had to go & mess around with the food & staff. Happy staff means a great place to eat & Earl Grey’s ain’t the same when they are just doing their job!!! Why???

They charge 5 bucks..for a fountain soda ...and 2.50 extra for each to go item.

They have mostly low quality food...and extremely high prices on to go food .

The cool part is the location inside the casino, great spot to do people watching, and the music played there is entertaining but not loud. To be fair, this place is fine as long as you know what you're getting: pre-packaged, cafeteria-style food. The fish in the fish and chips had a tell-tale cartoonish shape, and the spaghetti was drowned in a heavy sauce that came straight from a can. The chicken parmesan was equally basic. When I asked for balsamic dressing, I was handed oil and vinegar to dress my own iceberg salad, which was already hidden under a mountain of huge croutons. Dessert didn't offer any surprises either—the cheesecake was passable but looked and tasted like it came from a factory.

Entrees were horrible; tasted like TV dinners. Chicken parm was a soft, yet perfectly shaped oval—indicating a processed patty. Breading was soft, no crisp texture, similar to a tv dinner. Pasta was totally overcooked, mushy. Garlic bread was stale. Meatloaf was very mediocre, probably also precooked. Apple cobbler came in a aluminum foil cup, warmed out of a freezer or fridge but definitely not fresh baked. Service was excellent, so no complaints re waitress. We have not tried their burgers or sandwiches yet.

service is slow. waited 30 minutes for food. no utensils served, had to steal from another table. chicken wrap was bad. wrap was stale and crumbling. sandwich was overly stuffed with lettuce and chicken was dry and overcooked. Philly cheesesteak was equally bad. meat was left on griddle so long it was overcooked, burned and tasteless. too much oil on the bun made it a soggy mess.

I had the Burrito breakfast this morning. The tortilla was tough and the fillings lacked flavor. The potatoes were cold. Within 2 hrs of eating here, I developed diarrhea. Luckily I was at Nordstrom Rack. Service was excellent, atmosphere very pleasant.

So the food here was great. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 3 days and ate here 3 times, twice for breakfast and once for lunch, and no one was disappointed with the food.

I come here several times a month and this sounds ridiculous many times after 10PM. I bring my dog in a carriage with a zipped screen all around but only very late at night.
Now I’ve been told that management wants him to be out of the carriage and lying on the floor! This is ridiculous! Comments?

Good breakfast place if you are staying at JW. I would have prefer a restaurant with Windows to see outside, but you know, it is Vegas;)
Price are very decent
