We had one (Cannonball Meatball) and two Veggie sandwiches. All were very good. No one in our group of 3 left a bite, so mission accomplished.
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiches & soup are available.

Great experience on dine-in and friendly associates! Food is fresh and tastes really good. They actually come to your table to check up on you. Excellent service for a fast food chain! I recommend this branch!

I'll give it the review it deserves, bread is marginal, meat is fair, doesn't deserve the 5 stars it's getting. Learn how to give fair reviews people, Jersey Mike's is better....

Here for lunch now, food was just okay. The girl taking orders is horribly rude. Being from Nashville where people are actually nice, I guess I just expect more from people elsewhere. If this store was mine, she’d be fired.

Food was mediocre at best. Had a sausage scramble. Wife had a ham and egg sandwich.
I would probably rate it a 2/5 but two things got the extra star. The woman at the till was super friendly and the price point is very cheap when compared to many other Vegas options.

Food was great. However, the service at this location was horrible. When I first arrived no one was working the front counter, and the closest employee was so focused on cleaning the soda fountain machine. I was not greeted or acknowledge that they would take my order. Second employee eventually came and took my order after more consumers were waiting, but with no sense of urgency and seemed like she did not want to be there; no enthusiasm at all!
Ironically, they have a "Now Hiring" sign at front that states that applicants need to be "high energy", "happy, friendly, and smiley", and "a real people person".
Hopefully they can replace some staff because this is the second time that I've had a not so pleasant experience.

Earl’s sandwich is my favorite place to go for a caprese sandwich; however, every time I visit the Fashion Show location there’s an employee who clearly hates her job. Every time I’ve gone she’s never greeted me, I had to wait for her to help me, and she’s always rude. It’s a Hispanic lady that works the front counter. The last time I went she went to the back leaving a line of customers waiting over 5 minutes to place orders. There was a nice African American lady that told us someone would be right out. When she returned to the front she didn’t apologize for the wait, just hand gestured for the next customer to come up. Given the fact this is a face to face interaction customers should be provided with better customer service from this person. Again, this has occurred on multiple occasions, hence the reason for the review. Whoever manages this location needs to talk with this employee as she is making Earl of Sandwich look very bad. I will no longer go to the Fashion Show Mall while she is working there, I will drive to the Summerlin location where better service is received.

My husband wanted a pastrami and the full montagu sandwiches to go. I picked both up when I stopped at this shopping mall. The pastrami sandwich was one of their monthly specials, but he had the full montagu before and liked it. They prepared it fresh after I ordered it. He also decided on 1 of their chocolate chip cookies and a brownie cookie. Both were delicious.
He said the full montagu tasted wonderful. The sandwich bread is very flavorful, and the dijionaise mustard sauce is really a nice condiment for the sandwich. Will definitely visit this sandwich shop again in the future.
Parking: The pkg garage is very large, underground, with plenty of spaces to support the Fashion Mall where this sandwich shop is located. Note which space you're in, and what color entrance into the mall area you arrive at. It can be more challenging to find your vehicle after shopping.

I enjoy coming to this Earl of Sandwich location at Fashion Show Mall off of the Las Vegas Strip. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is courteous and helpful if I have any questions. I can tell the owner of this particular restaurant does an outstanding job with training the staff as they are always professional, and the quality of the food is top notch!

Unfortunately the restaurant closes much earlier than scheduled. This is disrespectful towards the customer.
