Earl of Sandwich

2 stars because we love the sandwich’s. This is for “service”. My daughter and I go in often to this location as again we love the sandwich and the fashion show mall. It’s always something as in they aren’t taking tap, cash only ect. but I deal.

Yesterday it was no we cannot switch out the Swiss cheese for the kind you want as it comes with Swiss. I order the same 2 sandwiches every time I go in. This was the last straw and sadly we walked out and will never return. I feel sad for whoever owns this small business. Last visit before this one I was charged $20 exactly with no receipt or change given. Pretty sure that $20 bill didn’t make it in the register. Treat people better, it’s very easy and basic.

Online hours showed that they close at 7pm today (Thursday). Got there at 645pm and all the menu screens were already off. After standing at the counter for about 2 min they finally said: We're closed. I asked what time they close and they said 645pm

Based on the service we weren’t expecting much from the food. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 7pm. We got there at 6:23pm. They almost didn’t even come to the register, and when the lady did, she really wasn’t friendly. They did make our food fairly quickly, and it turned out pretty darn good. Just wish they weren’t so pissy about having to take an order more than 3 minutes before closing time.

Maybe you should update your app so they align and I don’t have to wait an extra half hour to pick up my food. Also if breakfast is served until 11 AM but the employees don’t open the store until 11:30 AM, it kind of defeats the purpose.

We had walked up the Strip to go to this location. Google indicated they opened at 10am. We arrived at 11:10am and no one was there. We tried to call but no one answered

My first time at this location (June 2024), I went to place my order and was told that they were closed. It was only 6:25 PM; they’re not supposed to close until 7 PM!!!

Worst place order a sandwich at 118pm and got it till 145pm and the people at the front extremely rude

Open at 11:00 on Google, but now is 11:05 and the employee is sitting back there having her breakfast, on her phone.

The cashier was extremely rude! Literally yelling at my 16 yr old because she said she couldn’t understand her order. I typically don’t write reviews, but the fact that she was yelling at my daughter really pissed me off. I’m paying for the food you’re not giving it away for free. I think her name is Shamera.

Online ordering should not allow you to order items not available at this location, namely the vegan meatballs.

Bread, lettuce and a slice of deli meat. 1 sandwich slice. They “invented the sandwich” and then ruined it. Waste of money.

I had a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich had good flavor. The soup was just ok. The food was what you would expect from a fast food place.
The service was not good. The lady who took orders was on her phone a lot( Wednesday at lunch time). She was not friendly or attentive to customers.
