Everything felt like it was hanging on by a thread. The performers for dueling pianos that night were nothing to stick around for.

Took my $9 drink without asking if I was done
Alana H is the best. Engaging , accommodating, friendly. What a great ambassador for Eastside Lounge and the Vegas experience.

This place charge my Credit Card twice. The waitress did not how to do it or did it in purpose. Not 100. They charge me $650.00 . WHEN I CALLED NO ONE TOOK CARE, OR TOOK RESPONSIBILITY. I have to wait 10 days so my bank took of the charge. After been going there for years, I will never go again. Be careful if you go and use your CC, don't think in using your debit car or you will lost your money.

I love this bar, but it seems the quality of its service has decreased, an example was this baltender, her treatment was unprofessional with me, it is disappointing
Came at 12am and it was closed.
Really enjoyed listening to the dueling pianos, not sure if they do it nightly but they were on Saturday night when I was there. Bartender immediately got my order, great service!

It's a beautiful lounge that is open late with live music, two pianists playing and singing songs at request. Cocktails are amazing. Don't come hungry to this place. They have very small selection of snacks.
This is our second time visiting this lounge. We came back for the pianists. This time, we didn't get that same great impression. There were 2 other pianists, and neither one of them played the songs we requested, even though we left them tip for our request. It was pretty disappointing.

They have the best Dueling Piano venue. It’s on Sunday to Thursday from 9:30pm to 2:30am.
Gotta check them out.

Please bring back the piano players on the weekends! The DJ is just not the same and clearly doesn’t attract the crowd as well as live music. This is my favorite spot to hang out after dinner but with the DJ addition, I am going elsewhere.

Good wine selection and cocktail menu for a casino bar. Erica is great.

We had a wonderful time here after our dinner at Sinatra, 2 pianist and singers are such a great entertainer, drinks were served cold and in a timely manner. We will be back.

Piano player - 5 stars, they're great.Service - 1 star. Three waitress, all walked by our table for over 20 minutes and none asked if we wanted to order a drink. Instead they were all chatting in a corner of the room. You would think management would want customers ordering up a storm, but management was also non-existent.

Sat here for over 30 minutes, bar isn’t even busy and not one of the three cocktail waitresses I’m watching clear tables after they gathered together for a bit to chat with each other, has asked us for a drink order. The two guys next to us want another beer but they said it’s apparent this bar isn’t in business to make money. As I write this still no waitress, my husband just went to the bar and ordered our drinks. I took a photo of her just walking by our table.
