This is a great little place. I liked it better than Starbucks. We were served by Herbert who was great. We had cappuccinos, lattes and black coffee all were excellent. They served an eggnog late around holidays and that's really good as well.

December 2025:
Stopped by for coffee and donut 🍩 after lunch. Coffee was a drip that was okay. I usually go for pour over coffee but they don't really have that at the Aria.

Got the apple fritter donut. Was tasty. Would come back again.

Best Casino coffee I've found thus far on the strip. Baristas were great fun and made me a flat white even though it wasn't listed. Highly recommend.

Good location in the Aria if you are staying here or grabbing something to eat in the food court. We came to get coffees in the morning. We got an Americano and a hazelnut latte. Both were fine and how you would expect them. They also had some light breakfast items like pastries and fruit cups, we didn’t try those this time.

Not too long of a line.

If you are craving something simple and quick like coffee and donuts. This is the place. Forget the Starbucks a few feet away. That place is just a long wait and lines..

Had a jelly filled donut and strawberry glazed with Lattes. Drinks orders completed quickly.

You can also charge to the room not just if you stay at the Aria, but Vdara and Cosmopolitan hotels as well.

Would highly recommend and had this everyday for our cup of coffee staying at the Aria. Thank you!

Awesome doughnuts, great coffee. But even better service, guy with spikey blonde hair and glasses, a delight to chat to every morning

It was a good donut but it tasted like Dunkin Donuts to me. Nothing special about them.

Stopped by for a drip coffee and a Mexican Hot Chocolate donut. Cute place, good coffee, and Herbert was friendly as he took our order! We'll be back!

Quick service, no line. Would recommend if you want actual coffee without as much of a wait.
Iced mocha was perfect bc it's not too sweet (more similar to a dark chocolate profile rather than milk chocolate).

Friends enjoyed the Americano (both iced and hot).

I stopped by this donut shop located inside Aria Casino, expecting to find it on the first floor as mentioned, but it's actually on the second floor.
I haven’t had a chance to try their donuts yet, but the lattes are great, rich in flavor and better than expected. After noticing the coffee beans on their shelves, I realized they use Lamill, which is always a good choice. As with most places inside a hotel, it’s a bit overpriced, but the quality makes it worth it.

Fun fact: the name of the donut shop is SPEAK EASY Donuts, not just EASY—talk about confusing branding. I noticed it on their logo.

I was looking for decent coffee options while walking around Aria and Vdara, and I wasn't in the mood to eat anything, and this is a perfect spot just for that. Their espresso is pretty dark, stimulating me enough to talk and walk around for hours. I didn't have a donut, so I can't say anything about them.
