Great bartenders perfect location for me cuz i always stay at the aria. Mexico food is amazing i love this place i come multiple times when im in town i have very bad mexican food where i live so im like im heaven when i come here
Was very disappointed in my first visit l, especially with with clients present. Was told well after ordering that the particular dish a few of us ordered was no longer available. This was followed by a poorly executed backup dish (very undercooked skirt steak), ultimately resulting in a tertiary selection. Ambience and drinks are good. I might give them a second shot. Not sure
Had a reservation at 9pm after doing a body building show I was extremely hungry and excited to eat here after dieting for so long. I was disappointed to wait 45 minutes even after having a reservation. After getting seating 45 minutes later We ordered queso for the table and the cheese was too hard to scoop with chips and or pull apart to eat which was very sad after wanting some good queso after my show.
I have walked past this restaurant 100 times. We had friends in town and they were staying at the Aria. This is not Tex Mex...this is Mexican food like it should be. We started with ceviche...delish and fresh. The shrimp enchiladas were so good. Butter pouches with garlic. We also had shrimp and lobster enchiladas. For desert, don't skip the fried ice cream and churros. So good! Will be back
The ambiance is beautiful. We loved the woodwork art on the wall that told a story of Spanish colonialism. Food was under seasoned, but good. Very overpriced, but that's Vegas for you. I didn't get the impression that they had some world renowned chef in the back but they certainly charge that way.
The food was very citrus made my stomach hurt a lot , we got the enchiladas suizas and ceviche de camarón too sour all it tasted like lemon. I had a different image of it not returning back !
It was a great recommendation from a friend. Drinks and food was excellent, we ordered some guacamole to go with the chips and salsa. Then decided on the La Tablita with skirt steak and chicken it was more than enough for 4 people, easily could feed 6! Margaritas were excellent too!
Didn't live up to its usual standards. Our party of six have been visiting Javier's since it opened, and all felt it wasn't as good as it was in prior years. Attention to details were missed on food orders and food quality was just okay. Overall still good, but not excellent.
Javier's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. Ever since the first time I've gone there I go back every visit. This visit was great, our waiter Cesar was excellent with his service and energy. The food was spectacular as usual. We had the Short Ribs, seafood pasta (not sure if that's the name on the menu but also I didn't expect to be so good), guava margaritas and guacamole. As usual I'll definitely be back.
Javier's never disappoints, we make it a “MUST” to eat here when we come to Vegas. I highly recommend the Trio seafood Enchiladas amazing. My partner loved his steak he ordered as well.

Javier's consistently serves the best food in Las Vegas! The carne and camarones dish was out of this world. We always make time to enjoy Javier's everytime we visit the Aria!
We visit Javier's every time we come to Las Vegas. The food is always amazing although a little pricey. The service is always exceptional. We particularly love to have Caroline as our server. Shes one of the best!!
Don't hesitate to go, we had doubts but damn it was very very good. The staff was amazing too. Like very amazing and friendly. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of dinner that night.
The margaritas are personally my favorite, but some of the food is just sub par so be sure to ask for recommendations. The costilla de res, is one of my favorite dishes if you like shorts ribs and spicy food. The atmosphere is very lively but hard to have a conversation with your party considering how loud it gets.
Food and service are impeccable. Second visit. Highly recommend. Reservations are really needed as it stays packed. Wait staff, so friendly. Best salsa I have ever had, and I am from Texas?
