I was excited to try Eataly for the first time after hearing so many good things. Unfortunately, We didn’t get to shop their wine or imported Italian goods, since we stopped by late in the evening and that section was closed as well as the dessert section. We were hungry and decided to eat at one of the dine in options near the entrance. Boy were we disappointed. The pasta was probably the worst I’ve ever had. My husband had the ravioli (spinach) and it was in a watery, flavorless sauce with ravioli that was hard to chew. I had a rigatoni pasta with a tomato based sauce and pieces of speck in it. It was EXTREMELY salty and hard to eat with a horrible after taste. If you like over-priced BAD ‘Italian’ food, then this is the place to go. Save your money and go to an Italian restaurant off the strip where you will find actual Italians/Italian Americans who can actually make good pasta. Or just buy a can of Prego and make your own pasta at home. I swear that will taste better than the food at this place.

Food was expensive and mediocre. The atmosphere was food court-like, but attractive. Service was good.

Pathetic food, very uncomfortable seating and bad service. Obnoxiously expensive at $230+ for this horrible experience. Definitely to be avoided.

45 minutes to make a burger and a couple cold sliders. And at $80 with just a couple bottles of water.
It wasn't busy - most of the tables were empty.
Food was fine, but when you pay this much and wait that long, you get really disappointed

I got a box of pastries to try and they were literally bite size but good. The gelato my children got was a nice refreshing treat after walking on the strip. It costs about $7-$10 depending on how many scoops you get.

Host & bartender doesn't say hello or how can I help you which is the #1 thing you're supposed to do is greet people first. They don't think from business point of view to promote and be friendly to customers. When I was trying to get my food the person I ordered to never said thank you or bye either. He didn't want to be there and be bothered even really look at me. I've also worked food industry and it's hard to smile at every customer by the end of the night but wow... I'm went to a different Italian place for lunch which was slower and the service was literally perfect and they didn't show any outcast to someone as a minority

it loses the magic of Italian cuisine and feels more like fast food priced like a high-end restaurant. The value proposition is unclear. I recommend either investing in people who truly understand the products or lowering the prices — you can’t have both: $35 pasta dishes with a level of service that’s honestly better at Olive Garden. nice place to go for a Glass of wine or dessert. Not grate service or food .

Pasta was hard and cold the first time they brought out the food. Then they remade and it was still hard but extra spicy. Service was okay because they took it off but even the rest of my group complained their food was mid and server was ok. Rather go to a different restaurant next time.

Eataly seems like a good concept, but it just seems like it's 'too much' (much like Vegas itself). Too many choices. Too many people, Too much money.
Maybe I'm.being a grouch, but it just didn't do it for me. The food was good enough,.. actually my pizza was fantastic, but the rest just seemed 'meh' to me.

Everything was fine except for the fact that it cost $75 for a pasta dish with chicken, 1 drink, and a tip. It's cheaper to eat out in any other city and you get better food.

Terrible food that is overpriced. Food was undercooked for the most part. Pasta was undercooked. Margarita Pizza - the most Italian of Pizzas was awful. Ambience was good.

So because we’re Canadian we apparently have to have our passports with us in order to be served? I don’t know what kind of new rule that is but we have been here countless of times and never had a rule like that placed upon us. We had valid IDs from our issuing province and showed them but that wasn’t good enough. We asked the people next to us if they also asked for their passports and everyone said no. Just ids. . Good to know Eataly doesn’t care about anyone other than their American guests. Unfortunately we will not be back here even though this spot used to be a regular of ours. The worst part was he wouldn’t even stop to listen to our question on why we were being asked to leave the bar. We didn’t need to be treated like this especially with all the tariffs the American government is already throwing at us. Shame.
Good, not great. Got food from different restaurants. It's like a giant Italian food court 😊with fine dining prices. It's worth the experience.
