We had an amazing experience dining experience at Canaletto! The food was superb- from the excellent appetizers (the fried calamari was super delish), salads and carpaccio. The pasta dishes were all delicious!! Bridget, our server, made it all special with her gracious hospitality and cheerful demeanor! Great dining experience!! Thank you!!
We love Canaletto and dined there over a dozen times. We have always had great experiences but not this time. Of course we had a friend from California visiting and we raved about or favorite restaurant. Embarrassingly bad last night. Our friends Salmon was not cooked pretty raw, my wife's fisherman stew had slimy fish skin, shrimp shells, very little actual sea food and the broth had very little flavor. Not so good. If you're a vegetarian and therefore don't have any use for all the endless burger stuff, this is the spot where you can find simple clean regular pasta.I'd rather have that than go to a buffet fur 80 dollars and find out that they don't have anything without meat except for maybe some pasta, you can get that here for way less.
