Excellent food, the Bolognese was spot on and very authentic to what I had in Italy, new on the menu fish preparation with grapes and Champaign sauce was outstanding!
The young woman who served my table was very rude during the payment process. There was an error reading the chip on my card during the first payment attempt, and she was extremely impolite in the way she spoke to me and my family. When I tried to use the same card again, the transaction went through, and the young woman was embarrassed by her behavior. Because of this, I had another reservation for December 9th, which I will cancel. I hope my complaint will be heard and that other customers will not feel as embarrassed as I did.
Had the roasted peear ravioli and minestrone soup. Both excellent. The ravioli is unique and I wanted to try. Didn't disappoint. Had a lovely Italian red wine. Clear, well bodied and paired nicely with my meal. Waiter was very attentive. Pleasant. Even brought me a little complementary bread for my soup. Tipped him well!
We went with 8 family and friends. It was amazing! Delicious! Service was great! Ambience perfect!
The food was good but I would not say great. From my salad to the ravioli, both were a bit heavy on sauce & dressing and both were shy of said ingredients. Our waiter was nice but it definitely took a while to order & had to ask for water. That should be a given that water is poured as soon as we were sat & not have to ask. Everything in Vegas is overpriced & this was no exception.
The staff tried to overcharge me again. This is the second time this happened. I get the bill and review everything and it looks correct then they give me the receipt to sign and it was for a LOT more than the first receipt. This has happened before so I think it is no accident.
We had a hard time finding the restaurant & then locating the entrance, but it was all worth it. We chose the location to be close to the Voltaire. We split the delicious pear salad & a wonderful pizza.
Great service, food and very accommodating to changing our reservation from 4 to 5 people at the last minute. Would eat there again!
Excellent pasta and cocktails. Love the setting outside in St Marks. Great service and look forward to returning.
We were seated in the patio area - lots of diners, lots of energy. Terrific wine offerings. Sea bass and pear tortellini were both excellent. Service was provided by a number of different people and things were kept moving - overall friendly and efficient service. Finished with Tiramisu and coffee. Great dining experience.

We were disappointed with our server. He started off attentive and then completely forgot about us!
Big portions, excellent food and service ! Can easily split salads and pastas between two! Lively vibe and Italian waiters made for a fun dinner experience
Canaletto is an Italian restaurant located at the Canal Shoppes in the Venetian. Reservations are highly recommended. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we were seated in a comfortable booth. We went with a couple of friends so we first started with appetizers, the Calamaretti Fritti and Carpaccio Con Ruchetta which were all very good. Two of us had the Paccheri Allá Bolognese. We both agreed it was delicious. The meat ragú was plentiful and full of flavor and the pasta was piping hot which I enjoyed. One friend had the Pollo Ai Funghi which she liked very much. Another person in our party had the Linguine Allá Buranella. I was told the Linguine had too much sauce and there weren't a lot of seafood in the dish and all the seafood were small in size. Perhaps skip this particular dish. For dessert we had the Tiramisu and Vulcano- chocolate cake. Both desserts were tasty. It's extremely busy at Canaletto but the waitstaff were all very attentive throughout our meal. I would recommend this restaurant and I would definitely come back. It's a convenient restaurant especially if you have a show to attend nearby.
Breathtakingly good food - like being in Italy. Had roasted pear ravioli --just extraordinary. Great ambiance, terrific service. Can't say enough good about it.
I had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect — the warm welcome, the stylish atmosphere, and the impeccable service. The food was beyond delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
