Everyone at Edge Steakhouse is so friendly and welcoming! Our servers Mark & Martha were spectacular!! We did the Elvis Presley dinner special and it was delicious! Their bread puff is out of this world!! I enjoy this restaurant so much!

Way too expensive for the quality of food and service was not good especially for the price. Steaks came out cooked at the right temp but quality of cuts was not great. The server was not good and had no knowledge of the menu or drinks.

Food was delicious, perfectly prepared and the drinks were delicious! Loved the popovers and my steak was fabulous. My husband had the scallops and they were amazing! Definitely worth it! We need to go back and try the deserts!

We really liked Edge. We did order Surf and Turf. Steak was perfect. Lobster not so much. It had not been deveined so was kind of a mess. Our Server asked about it and we pointed out the issue. He offered to get us another, but we were needing to keep moving for a show time. The Manager came over apologized and comped our entire meal. This was not necessary but certainly appreciated. It speaks volumes about the restaurant. All said and done we do definitely recommend Edge!

2 for dinner. Requested booth and were seated there. Server and helper plus maitre d' were very efficient and attentive. Food quality and preparation to our liking. Chef stopped by to chat. No complaints. Could still hear passing casino traffic noise. Ambiance better than the other with-reservation restaurants in the hotel.

Best Dining Experience of Our Vegas Trip! We hosted a business dinner for a party of 10 and were promptly seated in Elvis' private dining room — a memorable setting from the start. Mark and Imelda were true professionals who elevated the entire evening with their attentive, friendly service. And the food... just as outstanding as the hospitality! The surf and turf were flawlessly prepared, and the crème brûlée was a crowd favorite. Special thanks to Richard, the GM and sommelier, for his attentiveness and expert recommendations. Edge certainly lived up to its stellar reputation. The menu is terrific, we were there during restaurant week so had an additional choice of a 3 course menu. 2 of our group chose that and one had the ribeye. We also had the octopus appetizer which was incredible. Salads and soup were also uniquely presented and just as tasty. Our server (I think his name was Raymond) could not have provided a better level of service. Will definitely go back my next trip to Vegas.

My husband and I ordered a special they had that consisted of salad, filet mignon, lobster tail, potatoes, and dessert. It was wonderful!! The bread was delicious as well! Our server, Mark, was excellent!! I highly recommend Edge Steakhouse in Westgate!
