We had a great experience with Bobby and Martha. They were both very attentive and suggested many options drink and food wise. Me and my husband enjoy coming to the Edge when we come to Vegas, happy our friends could join us.

My wife & I had our anniversary dinner at the Edge Steakhouse. We have heard and read reviews about how good this restaurant was. The service was great and the ambiance was very good, but the steaks that we had weren't very good. We both had the dry aged bone in ribeye steaks and we both ordered medium well. The steaks were cooked good to the correct temperature and they were very tender but the flavor just was not there. These steaks tasted like they didn't have any seasoning on them. I ordered grilled asparagus and my wife ordered baby brussel sprouts and both of our sides were ok. We both had a loaded bake potato and it was good also. For the price of the food here, we believe that there are many better choices here in Vegas, so we will not be going back to this restaurant.

The service was excellent as was the food. The oysters could have used a better sauce. The brioche was wonderful and could have easily filled up on those. The cocktails and wine were excellent. The filet mignon was delicious but I asked for medium rare and it was more medium until you got to the center. We will definitely come back!

We dined at Edge Steakhouse on the last night of our Las Vegas vacation. The food and service were perfect, to include the bar keep who laid the path for a perfect evening.

Came here after our Michael Jackson Live show. We tried wagyu and aged prime rib for the first time and must say the wagyu i tried tasted like prime rib to me, but the aged prime was delicious. It does have a different taste, but my taste buds liked it. This place is fancy and pricey but a one-time experience for us. I recommend you try it at least once. The food was flavorful. The dessert was very nice and the flavor was good ?

Came here to celebrate my birthday for dinner for this to be a 4 star restaurant it sure didnt feel like one.i made a reservation came a few mins waa seated immediately tgen sat at a table for more then 10-12 .mins before anyone came over to say anything. Then Janet came said hello and advised that the waiter would be over waited another 5 mins before he (mark) showed up. He then took my order then food started to come out pretty swiftly. The corn chowder waa to die for i had the waygu rib-eye and loaded potatoe then cheesecake for dessert. Mark never came by to check in i had to keep asking different people for things which mostly janet did. I understand how a team works eapecially ina restaurant but i felt some kind of way as i seemed to be the only person of color in the area at that time and i didnt see anyone else having to ask for anything as their tables were being taking care properly. I saw mark at the end eapecially when he brought the check and disappeared again. I waa not impressed at all nor would i say this is 4 star service. It was my birthday and i'm an owner of the property. Which i asked if i told them that but i feel.like i shouldnt have had to do that to get normal service that everyone else received. Especially the amount of money i spent.

Food was great. They were a bit too quick on wanting to clear plates though, felt like we were being rushed to finish, had to stop them from taking the butter when my husband still had bread he planned to finish. “no I'm not done yet”...
The overall experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived and greeted by the hostess till we we leaving the restaurant. Alex, our serving was very prompt and attentive to our every request. This was one of our most amazing dining experience.
