We had a great experience with Bobby and Martha. They were both very attentive and suggested many options drink and food wise. Me and my husband enjoy coming to the Edge when we come to Vegas, happy our friends could join us.
My wife & I had our anniversary dinner at the Edge Steakhouse. We have heard and read reviews about how good this restaurant was. The service was great and the ambiance was very good, but the steaks that we had weren't very good. We both had the dry aged bone in ribeye steaks and we both ordered medium well. The steaks were cooked good to the correct temperature and they were very tender but the flavor just was not there. These steaks tasted like they didn't...
The service was excellent as was the food. The oysters could have used a better sauce. The brioche was wonderful and could have easily filled up on those. The cocktails and wine were excellent. The filet mignon was delicious but I asked for medium rare and it was more medium until you got to the center. We will definitely come back!
