Hands down the best dinner I have ever had. They have had a name change & are now called Amador Cocina Fina. The chef is so talented! Don't miss out on this flavorful gem!

We will miss this restaurant. Thankfully we have a great replacement at the same location. The octopus in tamarind mole was exceptional. We look forward to eating more of the chef's creations in the future!

Everything was wonderful. Lucky to experience this place before they closed for good. I wish them the best of luck!

Five of us did the tasting menu. Two vegetarian tastings and three regular. Both menus were amazing. The vegetarian tasting was not a lesser experience or an afterthought. Portions were substantial. The staff was attentive and thoughtful—it is clear they want guests to have a great experience. All three gin cocktails were delicious—they should offer a tasting flight. Our whole table agreed this was one of the best meals we had ever had. Try the old fashioned, too!

We went for a romantic date and were disappointed with the slow service, poor atmosphere, and the food was overpriced. I recommend looking elsewhere for a nice dinner. The reviews of the place is also done by bots so do not be tricked

The food and the atmosphere were simply amazing. The chef and the staff were kind to us send us scallops for tasting even though we didn't order. I requested a dessert with a candle for my wife's birthday and they made it happen. She loved the place. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! We had the tasting menu which blew me away with the presentation and flavours. It's a tiny place but is well worth getting off The Strip to experience. Great value.

Going to EDO is always an unexpected tasteful experience. The creativity, the fresh ingredients, the chef, the service, the wine. It's perfect.

First time for us to try Edo's. I don't know where to start except to say what an exceptional dinner this was for us. In Vegas visiting family, we celebrated birthdays with the Chef's Tasting menu. Smokin Old Fashioneds, had The Soldier wine as we progressed with the menu. So excited to return once this restaurant morphs into another amazing foodie venue. Too bad I won't be here another week. We would go back a couple more times to try other menu items.

Restaurant is small. Food was a bit salty. I saw a lobster roll picture online, but the waiter said chef changes their menu periodically. We had a paella like dish with lobster and crab, plus Brussel sprouts, and croquettes, pretty decent.

I have loved this place for years and I am heartbroken they are closing. I had to go one last time and it did not disappoint. I have never had a bad meal here. You will be missed.

Great service, the servers were attentive and took care of our drink and food orders quickly. The food was tasty. The only down side for me was the size of the cocktails. I've had cocktails in many fine dining establishments and these lack size. Good cocktails but not worth the price.

Peruvian Scallops Divorciadas 4 four raw scallops, super fresh, refreshing; pickled umeboshi, shishito peppers, candied jalapeño, sauce too sour, spicy
Txangurro 5 traditional blue crab sofrito, oloroso sherry, potato espuma, thick layer of foam on top, super flavorful
Pluma Ibérica 3 compari tomato confit, garlic chips, layered potatoes; pork cooked like a steak, slightly crispy on the outside, slightly dry inside, not juicy, not flavorful
