Amazing experience. The vegan tasting menu was amazeballs good!!!! The regular tasting menu was also excellent. Bring your appetite the servings are generous and it so good you'll want to eat it all.
We had a fabulous time at Edo. We ordered the tasting menu and each dish was better than the last.
The food was delicious, and the service was expert at pacing. Don't miss the carpaccio in its surprising presentation and the wild mushrooms. The gin drinks are also refreshing and unique.
They have the best consistency with their food! Always so tasty and plated so beautifully! Enjoy myself every time and leave with a very full belly
Everything was great! We did the chef's tasting menu and they accommodated for one person who didn't eat meat.
Amazingly delicious and creative food! I enjoyed a mostly vegetarian meal but did go for the lobster tapa. Everything was delicious. Super nice staff. I highly recommend.
In a strip mall about 15 minutes drive from the Strip - a great little authentic place with some interesting additions to the tapas menu like Sashimi! Food was very good and the menu was simple which I love.

The way the chef combined the flavours of different ingredients was innovative and refreshing. Definitely one of the more memorable meals that we have had in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

My husband booked us dinner after reading an article about their food and wine pairings. Edo did not disappoint. It was our favorite restaurant of the entire trip. We go to Vegas 2 to 3 times a year to try new restaurants and visit old favorites. We will definitely be back for more at Edo.

Tasting option at $70 per person. Items of the vegan menu was delicious, big portions and lots of variety ?
I strongly suggest getting the degustation menu. It will fill you up while putting your palette into a work out.
