EDO is a true culinary gem! Every dish was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The vibe is cozy yet upscale, and the service was fantastic. A must-visit for food lovers in Vegas!
First time dining at Edo. The food was beyond fantastic! We enjoyed the oysters, carpaccio, bikini compressed sandwich, and the octopus. I’v eaten a lot of octopus, but this was by far the most tender I have ever had. The chef, Roberto, surprised us with a dish with chorizo sausage and a quail egg over sushi rice. OMG, it was delicious!!!! Don’t miss this place, it is amazing.
Amazing experience. The vegan tasting menu was amazeballs good!!!! The regular tasting menu was also excellent. Bring your appetite the servings are generous and it so good you'll want to eat it all.
