We came with a party of 8. We ordered and the food came out. The waitress left one of the our friends plates on the other table and left it there. After 30 minutes of waiting she asked the waitress and she said I left it right here sorry. Then the manager came out and got an attitude and made it seem like it was our fault that she left her food on another person table. The told her she we give her a discount. Everyone was done eating and had to take it to go. When she addresses the discount and said that was an insult. She got aggressive when she saw me with my phone and thought I was recording her she changed her tone and offered a different solution.

This place has a very negative vibe. Their hostesses are all attitude. They let the loudest bullies go first and love to argue with customers. It’s disgusting. This location has been given multiple chances to improve. They like to retaliate as well. We are seated with bees flying around outside in the sun with small children. They obviously don’t care about customers. I’d avoid this place at all costs. I will never come to this location again. The kicker is the general manager is our server and doesn’t even want to address the nastiness that is her employees.

Favorite breakfast spot! My husband and I first visited the location on Sahara (just off the strip) about 2 years ago and we fell in love with the food. Then, we visited this location because it’s closer to our home and we fell in love with the service. We frequent this location as much as our pockets allow lol (about twice a month). We request Dustin every time. He is attentive, prompt, and has established rapport with us. When Dusty wasn’t available, we were helped by Steven, McKenzie (haven’t seen her in a while) and most recently Jasmine, all provided amazing service as well. I’ve noticed that most of the staff at this location has remained consistent which speaks volumes about this location and how the staff are treated.

Come here often. Usually once every 2 weeks between the Summerlin and Tule Springs location.
Today, in Tule Springs location. Is the first time I asked for extra strawberry jam and watched the girl behind the counter roll her eyes. Reach under the counter and grab 1 and toss it in the bag.

Really is a negative mark on the team. When you look around and see the rest of the staff busting ass to make the place feel look and feel like a successful business. Egg Works is one of the first places we bring people from out of town to visit.

Im not asking to be treated like royalty, just don't be rude or disrespectful.

If you enjoy eating in a loud food hall where you have to yell to be heard at your own table, you'll love the environment. But the food, was not at all what I expected. For how busy it was I expected great food. The biscuits and gravy had an overwhelming sausage taste, I couldn't even taste the biscuits. Our server Jasmine was sweet and checked on us often. She was the only positive attribute. But our food took forever to cook and it was completely wrong when it finally came out. We won't be going back. Not our cup of tea.

It's been a bit since I've been to Eggworks, but I got the Gumbolaya off of the fall menu and it was really good! I'd definitely come back to try the rest of the fall menu before it's gone. There is plenty of parking if you get there early enough.

Excellent Skillet (Fiesta Chorizo) very tasty with just the right amount of heat. My wife had the eggs Benedict and raved about the flavor. In addition the wait staff is phenomenal.

The service was excellent and walking in the door everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming, just made you feel like home. The ambience was outstanding with the train running around the edge of the of the walls up on top. The food was prepared quickly and tasted good.

We just love this place. Dustin and the rest of the staff treat us like family and the food is always top notch. We've mostly dined in but have ordered carry out on occasion. Simply Yumbo!

I love the food here. I know its just breakfast, but always has been cooked to my satisfaction. The servers have been amazing. I think my favorite dish has been the Italian omelet.

The people are very, very nice. The food is so,so. But there’s a lot of it. There’s no WiFi if that is important to you.

The service here was very good. I also like the location very much. I am not a very big fan of the menu and the food is ok but it is surely filling I would reccomend their muffins.
