We had breakfast at this place twice when staying at Aria. The food is fresh and tastes delicious. There is a queue, but you get the food pretty quickly.

The sausage and bacon sandwiches tasted good. I like the one with sausage a bit more that'll the one with bacon.

The coffee was also good.

A great way to start the day. I had The Greenwich Village egg sandwich, a hash brown, and coffee. all were excellent. The space is nice with plenty of seating area to enjoy your breakfast.

Probably one of the only decent places to eat around the hotel and not have to wait too long. Food was okay but tasted great when starving.

Good enough if you are in a rush with no other options. The sandwich is super messy so keep it wrapped and away from you as you bite into it. The cheesy hash was meh….

This is an all around decent breakfast spot located on the Promenade level of Aria in the food court. Note that this is the only business in the food court that you can't order from the electronic kiosks; you have to order at the counter. I went around 11am and there was no line. Opted for the Midtown and the Cheesy Hash Brown. Portions were substantial. As others have noted, the hash brown gets sad once it cools down, so eat it first while it's still hot, crispy and gooey cheesy. Personally, I'd prefer a less dense hash brown for maximum crispy bits. Midtown is a bacon, egg and cheese with some special sauce and condiments on top -- tasty with melty cheese, a savory sauce and two slightly runny eggs. It's a bit messy to eat, but the taste did not disappoint.

Great alternative to the pricey, 25% tip expected, sit down restaurants for breakfast. Still $22 for a egg, bacon and cheese sandwich with a crispy hashbrown, but very tasty!

Inside the Aria, 2nd floor. Headed here after reading the reviews. Thankfully there was no wait, just took some time to find the place. Cheesy hashbrown didn’t have flavor, a bit greasy. Sandwich was just ok. It wasn’t clear where to get drinks from, which is behind you when you’re ordering across on the opposite wall. Minimal seating.

Anyone saying these breakfast sandwiches aren't short of miraculous literally know nothing about food. Eggslut at Cosmo is good... Egghead at Aria is next level. Period.

Good breakfast place, especially if you are staying at the Aria. The hash brown square with cheese inside is very unique and was delicious.

Making someone wait in line for the self order kiosk for it to say order at the counter is idiotic. Poorly managed establishment. Folks working there was the only positive.

The egg sandwiches are good and so are their cheesy hash browns. Service is decent especially for it being how busy it is for Christmas morning. I know a lot of things in the hotel are way overly priced but the food here actually tastes good enough to warrant the price. Sure it's not going to knock your socks off but for a quick fix and not having to walk outside of the hotel; this place isn't half bad. I had ordered The Chelsea Sandwich ($13) and the cheesy hash browns ($7 or $8 I can't remember). Overall I would come here if you don't want to wait in the long holiday morning breakfast line at the Patisserie downstairs. They also serve regular hot coffee which I believe is like $6 or $7 a cup.
