Egghead

Egghead is a very good breakfast stop at Aria. Simple menu, clean ingredients, tasty & satisfying sandwiches give you the perfect head-start for your Vegas adventures. I’d like to see them get more creative & offer a crowd pleaser signature item similar to what Eggslut does.

Skip this place unless you’re desperate. Sandwich was fine, but hashbrowns taste like old grease and drip coffee is undrinkable… seriously tastes like it’s been sitting in that container for 3 days

Love the food hall….this place not so much. Ordered a soho. It was not toasted and the cheese was not melted, just a slice slapped on top with the cold bun. The service was so slow. 20 minutes for a sando on a Thursday at 10:30am. PASS.

Located in the 2nd floor food hall, its a very welcoming and open vibe. Service was good. The food however was not the best. The sandwich was super mediocre at best. It wasn't bad, but definitely not something to remember. The hash brown is not good. It's a thick brick of shredded potatoes fried - so the outside is crunch, but the inside is very mushy. It wasn't good.

This spot is in a food-court style inside Aria resort and it’s delicious. The portions are generous and it tastes great. The cheesy hash brown is a must-have!

Best gluten free sandwich I have ever had outside my own home. It is not clear RE their website but they do have gluten free buns. You can see the entire kitchen process, and to be honest it doesn’t look like there is too much room for special care when it comes to preparing gluten free food. I however was unaffected post having the Chelsea Breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bun.

The collection process was chaotic; we did visit on a busy morning though. A test system would be a lot more efficient.

5 star rating is for the food, not the dining or atmosphere.
