A great way to start the day. I had The Greenwich Village egg sandwich, a hash brown, and coffee. all were excellent. The space is nice with plenty of seating area to enjoy your breakfast.
This is an all around decent breakfast spot located on the Promenade level of Aria in the food court. Note that this is the only business in the food court that you can't order from the electronic kiosks; you have to order at the counter. I went around 11am and there was no line. Opted for the Midtown and the Cheesy Hash Brown. Portions were substantial. As others have noted, the hash brown gets sad once it cools down, so eat it first while it's still hot, crispy...

The sausage and bacon sandwiches tasted good. I like the one with sausage a bit more that'll the one with bacon.
The coffee was also good.
