I came to Eggslut in March 2021 with my family and one of my Moms friends had a work conference in Vegas. So, We decided to tag along with her. I don’t remember what I got at Eggslut but It was so DELICIOUS. Highly Recommend.🤤😋

Yes - this is still one of my favorite breakfast deals on the Strip in my opinion.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan, this restaurant is located across from the Block 16 Food Court near the guest elevators.
Yes, the line still gets gnarly and long. I advise to go before 8AM if possible or stand in a line that will get to be about 30 minutes to an hour. But I've most times been able to grab a sandwich here in 10-15 minutes before 8AM.
Has the quality gone down since it first opened up? I would say that perhaps it's just my nostalgia for when they first opened but does feel like it's not as good as it was years ago. But I think for a meal under $20ish for a pretty solid breakfast, it still works well.
They have a variety of egg sandwich items and some non-sandwich items. My favorite still has to be the bacon, egg and cheese. The chipotle ketchup (which I always ask a side of as well) just is a wonderful blend of the thicker hardwood bacon and the warm brioche is just a delight to eat.
I think the Fairfax is my second favorite. The caramelized onions are absolutely delicious but not as big of a fan of the sriracha mayo personally.
The truffle hashbrowns aren't bad too. I'm so glad too they've finally added coffee options here (for years, I had to go elsewhere for my coffee fix first) along with mimosa.
Yes, you can find better food and better deals outside the Strip or for more money, but for the value proposition, I think this one is hard to beat.

I tried the “Fairfax Sandwich” today and it was amazing! All ingredients tasted great and were really fresh, the caramelized onions added the perfect touch. I recommend to adding bacon and avocado for a perfect combo, it truly makes a difference. The truffle tots were also on point. I seriously loved it and have nothing negative to add. 100% recommended.

My favorite breakfast spot when visiting Vegas. The only complain I have is how expensive it is. Overall 8/10!!!

Love the brioche!

The lines in the morning are long and there is not that much space to sit down

Breakfast the most important part of the day. Well worth lining up for, line moves fast and you won't be disappointed. Juices fresh, french toast to die for. Must do in Vegas for cheap breakfast option to get you through th day.

The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in a fast food type of place. You should have eveything on the menu. The service is great, only bad thing is that there is usually a line.
About the place; is a small corner with only a few chairs. The food is so good that the line and eating while standing is not a problem at all.

Eggslut is a breakfast favorite. This week, we had the chicken sausage and egg sandwiches and truffle tots. Both were so good, and while the line is long, it moves fast. They go all in on the egg theme...notice the little touches, egg beater lights, yellow and white theme, very cute. Must have the truffle tots.

They're good breakfast sandwiches and tater tots but not sure if its worth the long line and the insane prices. You most likely will not be full from just the sandwich itself.
