Delicious!!! Wait was short and the service was quick. Best sandwich !!

Fast moving line and the hash browns were amazing!

Located inside The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino. Completely understand why people wait in line for a long time for this place. Holy schnikeeeees this was decadent and we have zero regrets. List of items we devoured: Fairfax Sandwich which was cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo, warm brioche bun. The Slut which is a coddled egg, smooth potato purée, gray salt, chives, slices of baguette. Truffle Hash browns fried in duck fat. Brioche French Toast Stick served with one of the most orgasmic maple custard dipping sauces I’ve ever had the pleasure of treating my mouth to. I know, that was a lot. House made buttermilk biscuits with honey butter. I’d get up before dawn and camp out to be first in line to eat here again. Totally smashed it, great concept, elevated menu but super approachable. The seating area nearby is first come first serve but people were very friendly and shared the space well. Be sure to check out The Chandelier while you’re in the hotel, it’s massive spanning 3 floors!

Located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan. Delicious food and great staff. Just very busy and congested. Long wait time to order and then again to get food. Not sure I would wait 45 minutes again for breakfast sandwiches and sides. If you have the time and a coffee maybe worth the long wait but otherwise it's a toss up. Once you get the food you kind of forgot about how long it took.

The classic BEC sandwich with the French toast sticks are excellent. Other options are ok but could skip them.

Kinda sad I didn’t like it as much as we thought we would. Got there shortly after 7am, but there was already a line. The line itself actually move fairly quickly. Took us about 15 mins to place an order, and waited another 15 mins for food. Slut was good but nothing you couldn’t make at home. I was disappointed with my gaucho sandwich (I guess it wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either). Biscuit was over baked. I won’t stop anybody from coming here if they really wanna try but will not recommend.

great breakfast spot in cosmopolitan! they get busy, expect long lines, but they pump out orders so it moves quickly. might have to find seating in the food court nearby, but totally worth it. gluten free buns too!

A very cost-effective breakfast restaurant. There is always a queue to order, but the food is served quite quickly and tastes good. It is worth checking out!

I had really high hopes and maybe I’m the anomaly. But I’m so disappointed in how my experience went. First thing first, the line is long, but that wasn’t the bad part. Service was mediocre, could have been better. BUT where they lost me was the long wait for my meal, they basically lost my ticket and of course how would they know but I have the expectation that they have a system that would hopefully ensure it wouldn’t happen. PLUS my order was incorrect and the only resolution I received was a cookie?.

Note: I definitely would have called or email, but I have no information on the receipt to do so.
