Food was amazing, reasonably priced, but the thing that impressed me most was the staff. There was some confusion with my order which was still very quickly prepared. Because of the confusion the server that took my order went out of her way in the very busy workspace to not only make sure we were taken care of but to make it right personally. Shout out to Micah. This will definitely be a breakfast staple in my future Vegas travels.

Located inside The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino. Completely understand why people wait in line for a long time for this place. Holy schnikeeeees this was decadent and we have zero regrets. List of items we devoured: Fairfax Sandwich which was cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo, warm brioche bun. The Slut which is a coddled egg, smooth potato purée, gray salt, chives, slices of baguette. Truffle Hash browns fried in duck fat....
