Great little place to get a cup of Starbucks coffee and pastry. While it is not the actual Starbucks, they brew their coffee, have their menu, and their size setup.Absolutely wonderful staff - super friendly, and they remember you and your preferences if you were there more than once. There are zero reasons to leave a bad review for this place!

This is by far the best feature in the hotel. Kim, Leilani, and Sisi will literally remember your drink. They make it perfect. And the service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them!!!

They have a plethora of Starbucks logos scattered across the lobby, implying that there’s a Starbucks cafe in the hotel. I was excited about this because it’s my birthday and I went down to get my birthday drink, only for the sole employee to say “This isn’t a Starbucks, so I can’t give you a birthday drink,” without even attempting to do any sort of customer service to not disappoint a guest on their birthday.I will most definitely not be spending a single dollar there for the entirety of my stay.??

I have eaten here three mornings during my trip. I have been helped quickly every time. Food is good. Coffee is great.

This café is 100% open and serves Starbucks Coffee and products. They don't accept Starbucks cards as payment. This café is in the Renaissance Hotel, right next to the Las Vegas Convention Center (just a bit south). The barista was exceptionally rude several times. She was not friendly, seemed annoyed that she had to help people. Everyone can have a bad day, I get that. The 1 star is for the sub-standard customer service. The Starbucks part was excellent. It looks exactly like a Starbucks (menu etc) but this place is called Ego Cafe.

If you stay at the hotel next door you get 2 free coffees....everything else is typical Vegas hotel expensive.

Illy coffee is very nice!

Very slow service from very slow staff. Incompetent doesn't cover it.

Beware the pre made food in the cooler....

Don't get the premade sandwiches, get one made to order

roasted tomato soup is really good here. the flatbreads look big enough for 2 to share.
Ask them to actually heat up the panini; I think it would go down easier.
