Eiffel Tower Restaurant

For three out of the last four years, I have facilitated a corporate dinner at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant during the Black Hat conference. This year (evening of 8/6/25) we had a dinner for 16 people in one of their private rooms.

Literally everything--the food, the wine, the service, and the atmosphere--was great. The views of The Strip after dark are spectacular too.

Chloe and her staff took great care of us (as always) and facilitated our corporate event flawlessly! Thank you so much Eiffel Tower Restaurant staff.

We look forward to booking the Eiffel Tower Restaurant again for Black Hat 2026!

My partner and I visited Eiffel Tower Restaurant the other night to celebrate her. What an amazing dining experience that truly felt like luxury Parisian dining. We had a variety of items and drinks, but the lamb won the show for me. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this an unforgettable experience.

I was really looking forward to eating here, but it didn’t go the way I imagined.
Since I was dining alone, I couldn’t book a table and had to sit at the bar. I figured it would be fine, but it wasn’t the quiet dinner I was hoping for.
They first sat me right next to the server station, which wasn’t great, but they did move me to the middle when I asked. The bartender was nice and made a little small talk, which I appreciated.
No view of the Strip from the bar, which was disappointing. The chicken was flavorful, and the apple crumb soufflé was fine but nothing amazing.
What really threw me off was watching servers touch garnishes with their bare hands. One even crushed an espresso bean with his fingers into a martini. I think I was just let down because I wanted that peaceful table-with-a-view experience, and instead it felt like a louder bar dinner.

Great view from the window seats. Not as good in the center. Up charges for views and everything. Wine 🍷 and everything on the menu is expensive but it is Vegas. Worth a visit once.

Restaurant was nice but… the wait for the food was for ever, they had us on a table that wasn’t stable it felt like it was gonna fall down!! We ordered more bread and the server was surprised or acted like it was weird us ordering more bread since the food took forever… and to top it off the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper
We just feel like to the type of place and cost

The service,food and atmosphere was top notch. My husband had the beef wellington and I had the sea bass, we shared the augratin potatoes. Our cocktails were also fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

They will not let you sit at a window if you are dining by yourself. I Will Not be coming back to this place.

Breakfast was delicious at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant! The french toast & mimosas hit the spot. The views of the strip add a nice touch. Our server, Joey, was very friendly & attentive, we had a wonderful time!

Overall great meal. Lamb was great, beef wellington great. Good service and atmosphere

Only thing that had problems was the bone marrow. Extremely hard to eat, wasn’t separated from the bone at all and the cracker underneath it was so tough we could barely chew it.
