Einstein Bros. Bagels

Hair in my hashbrowns. Ordered 3 orange juices from them that magically turned into to 6. Even though when I finalized my order it was 3. Then my boyfriend went to eat his hash browns and there was a black strand of hair in it.... wow

waited 10 + minutes for my online order that was placed ahead of time. the worker laughed after stating my food was “just sitting there”.
This location is a circus everytime I come in.

This place sucks! Why show me these drinks online just for you to say you don't make them like what is wrong with you. Can't even get a hot coffee like what kinda bagel place is this. Trash I'll never return to another one.

This place doesn't have the best customer service. One i had issue with My account and all they did was point to the headquarters and not their issue. It took two before before I got to speak to the manager. On top of that issue they messed up my order. They did not toast my bagel as I requested. This the second time I have visited their place and the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. They have enough employees but they seem to stumble on top of each other. I have been to Noah bagel (sister store) and never had i had such inadequate service. Lots of people are waiting around and it can't be that hard to make sure you make the order as requested because it is on the screen. Of course it might have been an accident that thr person taking my order did not put the requested accurately. 😡🤬. Nonetheless, below sub par service

Today is Saturday the 9/28 I went to where my order in my order is short and this is the third time I’ve been calling the number and nobody answer for me is the customer service is very poor They had to poop more attention on the order of the customer

You can never really go wrong with Einstein Bagels. The bagels are the best, good breakfast sandwiches, and great coffee. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere feels like a hometown meeting place.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Chasity help me today at this location. It was my first time in and I was given the warmest welcome! I even noticed customers walking in and she greeted them by name! Wow! I highly recommend this location of Einstein’s Bros bagels, and it is my prayer you get to meet Chasity!! I’m excited to visit again in the future!

Horrible experience and this last one reminded me why I don’t come back. This was the last time I return. Ordered my food, paid, and waited 15 minutes only to watch 3 people who ordered after me get their food. Meanwhile, my food wasn’t even started. This is the only time I regret tipping for services like this.

I have gone twice to this location recently both times on my lunch break 11am-12. On both occasions all their coffee bins were lukewarm at best, nearly cold coffee. I thought it a fluke the first time, but today the same issue. All the coffee carafes were cold at lunch hour! I will NOT ever return. On the first visit the employee argued w/ me saying that the coffee wasn't cold when it was. Today's visit, the employee offered to make coffee but I am on my lunch break & a long line was behind me. I couldn't believe I was seeing 4 employees at lunchtime, but only one was at the register. All the other 3 were just hanging out. How about some common sense? Open the other register & help people. Worst bagel shop ever! Don't go there for coffee unless you like it cold. They also forgot to give me a side of cream cheese even though I paid for it. Sloppy slow inefficient store.

This place Sucks. I just went into the store, ordered very specific what I wanted. Got home and they got about 1/2 of what I ordered right. Then I called about 10 times and they can’t be bothered to answer the phone.

Bagels are good. If you order pick up be prepared to wait over 25 minutes, every single time.

Yesterday i visited the store.I love your bagels. But i think i leave my coffee bean in the store.If you find my coffee bean, please let me know.
