Our cashier Anna was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve received in a while. Despite the unpleasant interaction, the food was delicious.
Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback about my experience at your location at 9041 W Sahara Ave Ste 300, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
I was trying to redeem a free coffee with my order of three bagels, as advertised. The staff kept directing me to use the app and assured me it would be free. I followed their instructions, but in the end, I will still be charged for the coffee. When I asked why, they didn’t have an explanation.
It was a really frustrating experience, just like a scam!!. I’m a frequent customer and often order bagels from other locations without any issues. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression, and I just don’t feel good about returning to this particular store.
Not a fan. The bagels are definitely not fresh, it's like chewing on a tire. This location is also very unorganized, workers are incredibly incompetent, if they weren't extremely nice and this wasn't right by my house I'd never come back but sometimes it's really good. The lack of consistency is wild! Some days it takes 25 minutes to get an online order. Once I was working while waiting and lost track of time, 35 minutes..... They gave my order to someone else! It was a bigger order so I just assumed that's why it was taking a while.
I always get 1 bagel and ask for it toasted to take to work.
I get to work and the bagel is either burnt or not toasted. This is the 4th time.
Won't go again.

It was my first time so I was not aware of placing the orders at the ordering station. I was just adoring the goodies on display and just following the line. The ladies were busy, didn't acknowledge my presence, or asked me if I would like to order anything. I was just staying in the line straight to the cashier, constantly looking at the staff. Once I reached the cashier, he told me to go back to the beginning of the line to take my order on the other terminal, and he will take care of me immediately. I waited 15-20 min for my drink and food since I ordered an almond milk latte. There is a self serve area for regular coffee.
I enjoy Einsteins’ bagels. I live the apple cinnamon toasted. Staff is always friendly and pretty fast. It’s typically busy so sometimes I have to wait a few mins but not bad.

This review is not about the food or service. This is about the app. I had points for a free breakfast bagel and as I was placing my order in the app it fooled me. It never gave me the option to check out and pay for the taxes. Instead if showed that I placed my order and only got a message that said thank you for redeeming your points. But never got an email about my order not did it show in the app and it basically took my rewards. I tried calling the Sahara office as that's my pickup location and no one ever answered the phone. So basically this reward was a fluke. If you go on my history it just says 25 points redeem but very difficult than my other rewards I've used.
Hair in my hashbrowns. Ordered 3 orange juices from them that magically turned into to 6. Even though when I finalized my order it was 3. Then my boyfriend went to eat his hash browns and there was a black strand of hair in it.... wow

waited 10 + minutes for my online order that was placed ahead of time. the worker laughed after stating my food was “just sitting there”.
This location is a circus everytime I come in.

This place sucks! Why show me these drinks online just for you to say you don't make them like what is wrong with you. Can't even get a hot coffee like what kinda bagel place is this. Trash I'll never return to another one.

This place doesn't have the best customer service. One i had issue with My account and all they did was point to the headquarters and not their issue. It took two before before I got to speak to the manager. On top of that issue they messed up my order. They did not toast my bagel as I requested. This the second time I have visited their place and the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. They have enough employees but they seem to stumble on top of each other. I have been to Noah bagel (sister store) and never had i had such inadequate service. Lots of people are waiting around and it can't be that hard to make sure you make the order as requested because it is on the screen. Of course it might have been an accident that thr person taking my order did not put the requested accurately. 😡🤬. Nonetheless, below sub par service
