Einstein Bros. Bagels

The issue is small. But how they handled it is my frustration. I ordered a 20oz bottle coke. I ordered online. Got to the store. They say they are out. So she gives me a cup for a fountain drink. Well the fountain drink is a 16oz cup. Unlike the 20oz bottle. First I shouldn't be able to order it and pay for it if it's out. It should be 86,d in the system. Second to think it's ok to charge me for something then give me something else. Then the employee at the counter says it's just a 20 cents difference from the bottle to the fountain. Once again bottle is 20oz cup is 1620oz and when you add ice to the cup. It's less than 16oz. Then another employee at the counter says a smart remark. She says well you don't have to put ice in it. Unlike the bottle that's kept in a refrigerated area. if the yount add ice to the fountain drink. It won't be as cold. Like I said. Small issue but disappointed in how they handled it.

I love Einstein bros bagels. I come get a sandwich and a coffee every Sunday. I’m especially a big fan of their coffee, unfortunately, the last 2 months they have been putting less and less coffee and more ice in their cups. And still not even filling the cups up. Not even to the safety fill line on the cup.

If you order online plan on waiting. Waited 30 min as large parties ordered after me, got their food, finished and left while I was still waiting for my order along with others waiting for their online orders.

omg this place has the best bagels wow and the employees there are the sweetest they are so caring and so considerate

1st time here, and the food and beverages were delicious. Suzy and the rest of the staff were remarkable, they were efficient and very friendly. Thank you staff for representing Einstein.

They clearly have employees that just don’t care. Completely charred both pieces of bagels on my sandwich it’s so crazy to think that someone saw how burnt it was and still decided “oh well” and continued to make the sandwich…this place is a joke.

I've never had a good experience at this einstein's bagels but it's the closest one so i keep going back. Usually it's just awful service and i can deal with that but this time the food was awful too. I placed an order for pick up. I don't know if they forgot to warm it or what, but i think they just pulled some ham straight out of the fridge and slapped it on the bagel. I tried to eat it but the whole thing was ice cold, the cheese wasn't even a teeny bit melted, and it just tasted nasty. I will go back again because i saw new faces so maybe things will change.. but right now I'm just sad and hungry. Hopefully the new faces i saw actually care about providing a good customer experience. If the smear wasn't so good, i would've given up on the place a long time ago. Behold, my gross bagel shoved in a too small bag in all yucky glory :(

Don’t get me wrong the food and people behind the counter are great but the manager is awful. The woman short blonde hair and glasses absolutely tanks the atmosphere. The person taking my order was great and smiling, but until the manager had something to say all the happiness in her face vanished. I saw it a couple more times while waiting for my food. The manager just looks absolutely miserable and needs to lighten and loosen up.
