I had a bad experience at a bagel shop. I wanted to buy breakfast for a car dealership where I was training, and I asked them to cut the sandwiches in quarters. The boss who took my order refused and told me I had to do it myself or order online. I thought that was unreasonable. this is my third trip back into this Einsteins that week spent $321 on bagels and I had flack over a simple request on my last day will not be back to this location.

The sandwiches were delicious!! The young lady who rung us is was super nice and patient. Would've been 10/10 if I didn't hear and see the manager/supervisor literally YELLING and being rude to one of the employees lol Everyone was smiling and having a good time until she started her rant.

I ordered two bagels, both toasted, but the lady taking the order made mistakes. The first bagel had no cream cheese, and the second one wasn't toasted. I asked for cream cheese on the first bagel but kept the non-toasted one. The second lady didn't say anything, just made a new bagel without any acknowledgment or apology. The overall experience was meh; they were stingy with cream cheese. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

If I could give zero I would. The following has happened several times but Monday January 8th was the last. My husband went in to purchase a dozen bagels using points and two containers of cream cheese with the money from the app. He called and said redeem the points. So I did. When he arrived home I looked at receipt and he paid full price and my points were gone. I got dressed and went back to that store and was told 375 points only gives you the discount. I stated, no it's got a free bakers dozen. I was then told I was "MAD DISRESPECTFUL ". I said what are you talking about. I am just following what the app says. Why is it always an issue to use points here? How will I get the points back and the young lady looked at me and said, "YOU WONT" and walked away. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't curse. I didn't call anyone a name. They have five this several times and that was the last. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MADE ME FELL LIKE I WAS IN GHE WRONG. JUST TERRIBLE
