I went by this morning to pick up my online order. They said they were working on it. After 15 minutes he asked again and found it had always been ready waiting under the heat lights. I got home and the bagel had been microwaved too long and the sandwich was chewy and inedible. Really disappointing and not even in McDonald’s league and I’m not a big McDonald’s fan. Never going back. 🤢

I always get the farmhouse double toasted with extra crispy bacon. They always make it just how I want it. I love the team here and they are the ones that showed me how to leave a google review thanks !

We are regular customers and spend $6000 a year at the location in the trails center, reducing the staff two is not going to work. We have to wait 20 minutes for our coffee and they got my sandwich wrong, if this doesn’t change, we are going over to Starbucks

The bagels are great.. The service is slow. They need to hire more people..

I placed a large catering ordering for about 50 people and everything came out perfect! I actually needed to pick up the food a bit early, so I called to check in and they were very accommodating to have it ready early. The food was all fresh and tasty, and was perfect for what I needed. I would definitely come again. Thanks you guys!

I ordered eight different sandwiches for breakfast. Bringing it to the office for the employees. When I opened the bag, not one of them was marked so now I had to open up everyone and put my hands on the people food. I don’t understand if you’re making a sandwich why you can’t mark it people don’t like when you touch their food if you’re doing this for a living, I would think that you know it even if you’re busy and there is a big order. The lady at the register was nice about it. I tried to explain to her that people don’t like when you touch their food

Ordered online, after fifteen minutes past the due time I asked about it.They finally figured it out, made the order and instead of instead of two eggs.I only got one egg, not very good

Rude staff. Nasty, stale food.

Have been coming here a few times a year for 20 years! Wild. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have only encountered really lovely staff who are sweet to me and my kid and I haven’t had a wrong order. Even had to reach out to the app’s customer service at headquarters and it was resolved in a couple hours which is quite quick for a big company. Anywho, good job all, keep up the good work. Our community appreciates you!

The food is excellent! The service was friendly yesterday but iffy due to there being only person filling the orders & he worked as fast as he could & only one person taking the orders who was slow but doing her best. At 1:15 pm there were 5-6 people waiting in line to place their orders & it was obvious there weren’t enough employees for the amount of business. The manager came in after a while, oblivious or disinterested in what was happening. He walked to the back perhaps an office (?) without stepping in to help! The 2 employees working needed help!! The woman taking orders was heard saying she was off the clock but she continued working while the Manager did nothing! This manager should probably be fired. It took 45 minutes to place & receive our order of 1 breakfast sandwich & 1 lox & bagel sandwich! We love this convenient location, service is normally fairly good tho always a bit of a wait but yesterday’s experience was absurd with a Manager who did not step up to the plate!!

If you are ever here early in the morning make sure the baker his name is Stu is the one baking. He is te best baker einsteins has. 💯 %. Go ahead and let him know how good he is. He will love it.
