Horrible service , won’t do uber eats thru the drive thru . Crazy especially if they are slow like they were when I went . NEVER go here . Rude costumer service !!!

I ordered a veggie bagel sandwich with double eggs and cheese. When I started eating, I realized it had bacon in it. The menu didn’t indicate that there was meat in the sandwich, and I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating bacon, which made me quite upset. However, the staff members were very nice and helpful; they replaced my sandwich with a completely vegetarian one at no extra charge. My coffee was great as well. Overall, this location is very pleasant, and the staff members are friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their hospitality. My only suggestion is to make the menu a little clearer or add signs indicating that there is meat in certain sandwiches.

We always pre order from this location and every time, took at least an hour from ordering up to being actually ready.

Drive thru is slow, she didn't say how much I was paying, just took my card and held me hostage until I give a tip, threw my stuff in the bag while complaining how busy they are. It took 20 minutes in the drive thru and I only got a Bakers Dozen with Shmear and I didn't even get the bagels that I was supposed to get from the box. Random stuff and if they ran out of certain bagels no explanation.

This place is an absolute embarrassment. Always dirty on the inside. Staff handles money then good without washing hands. Drive-thru will take 10-15 minutes to get thru. The staff is incredibly slow and lazy, yet has the audacity to ask for tips. Coffee is always burnt, hard water crust build up on the machines. Absolute joke. Will never come to this location again.

My first time and it’s the worse experienced Worse place to go to and the service is just not good . When I ask how long is the wait the white American lady that was cashiering said theirs only two of us here like costumers don’t care about that hire more people or ask for help . My kids were late to school because of that reason and pre made burritos are almost $8.00 tortilla was so stale .

So it is possible that the last time i ordered online from this location might have been when i said to myself this is the last time im doing this, especially from this location... But now i can say for sure- that THIS TIME, for sure will be without a doubt the last time i ever put in an online order at this store.... Since the last 5 or 6 times have almost just about all been the same experience for me each time.... I place my order for nova lox bagel and a vanilla cold brew SHAKE, (not iced coffee) and a bagel w/ shmear at 8:32 am and live less then 5 min away and it said would be ready in 15-20 min. I arrive at 847. Wait around FOREVER, Think to myself good thing i ordered ahead due to the morning rush of people coming in to place their orders....After the first 2 people placed, paid and received their orders before me. Thats when i start to get annoyed... 4 new people have come in to place an order which not one employee is handling the register so the line begins to build up... They are FAR from being under staffed, everybody is bagging food or preparing it.... One bag finally pops up on a counter, but no one calls out any name.... So it sits.... For at least a good 10 min had gone by without anyone handling the guests at the register placing their orders or calling out names for any of the food that they were actually making and bagging. So FINALLY BY 9:18 am i recieve my order..... Which was of course you guessed it- Not even showing signs of even being kept warm.. And milkshake was more like vanilla milk with whipped cream that sank to the bottom.... Oh Did i forget to mention that my bagel with shmear was cooked extra crispy? Too crispy to chew... Had to put it in the microwave just to soften it up a little just to be able to eat it...
And there was like 3 capers in total on the nova lox.... Thats was what i got for placing and paying for my order ahead of time.... Never again with this store.... I will drive to either rainbow or the one on Eastern and warm springs before ever ordering online from this location...

I know today they were short staffed so I was very patient but the wait was ridiculous I literally waited 30mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches . When I finally got the sandwiches they weren’t even hot. This location needs to hire more employees and help there staff out cause they did what they could .
