Texas brisket, almost no brisket at all. The other side had Slightly more but not enough to even cover half of the bagel...

It was amazing last time, so just a drop on the ball today I guess? But I go here a lot, So seeing this service for a premium bagel was a little sad.

Even if you're busy, slow down, or this happens.

Would have brought it back but I was driving to the other side of town for an appointment.

There were several Einstein Bagel stores nearby, but I never noticed them. The bagels are truly delicious. The bread itself is so delicious that it's delicious even on its own. They have great promotions, so if you take advantage of them, you can enjoy them even more cheaply. A dozen is 13 pieces, and within a few days of purchasing, they were almost gone.
I'm so glad I discovered this delicious bagel place.
If you haven't tried them yet, you should definitely try them.

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Einstein Bagels location. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill. The staff member taking my order couldn’t even spell my name — Alex — correctly. I had to spell it out phonetically, which, in 40 years, has never once happened to me. That was a first, and not in a good way.

I also made a clear and polite request regarding my bagel. I explained that in the past, I’ve often received bagels barely toasted with a tiny dollop of butter on just one side, if any. So this time, I asked specifically for the bagel to be toasted and for the butter to be evenly spread on both sides.

What I received was a greasy, soggy mess, with an excessive and overwhelming amount of butter crammed inside the bagel—so much that it was completely inedible. The butter overpowered any taste of the actual bagel. It genuinely felt like this was done out of spite rather than any attempt to fulfill my request. Either that, or the staff is seriously lacking training or common sense.

This experience was unacceptable, and unfortunately, it’s not an isolated case — just the worst one yet. I won’t be returning to this location unless there’s clear improvement in both customer service and food preparation quality.

I tried calling for 20 minutes straight, no answer. I'm never going to this Franchise again. As a disabled person, you failed to provide reasonable accommodations and stole my money and gave me shit food.

Usually a great staple but this locations drive through line is very slow. I was in it for almost 30 mins with no way to exit the line. The bagel spread was very minimal. Underwhelming.

Excellent customer service! They had FRESH HOT bagels that had just come out of the oven....OMG, I got a dozen of those bagels!! I've never had bagels this fresh and HOT!! Amazing!

What an amazing experience!
We were greeted as soon as we walked into the restaurant, and the guy who took our order was super personable. While we were ordering, a fresh batch of bagels came out of the oven—and they offered some for our order… so of course we said yes! They were absolutely delicious.

We got a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a dozen bagels to take home. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

One small note: the dining room could’ve used a little tidying up, but honestly, the friendliness and great service more than made up for it.

Great job, and we’ll definitely be back!
