I ordered a veggie bagel sandwich with double eggs and cheese. When I started eating, I realized it had bacon in it. The menu didn’t indicate that there was meat in the sandwich, and I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating bacon, which made me quite upset. However, the staff members were very nice and helpful; they replaced my sandwich with a completely vegetarian one at no extra charge. My coffee was great as well. Drive thru is slow, she didn't say how much I was paying, just took my card and held me hostage until I give a tip, threw my stuff in the bag while complaining how busy they are. It took 20 minutes in the drive thru and I only got a Bakers Dozen with Shmear and I didn't even get the bagels that I was supposed to get from the box. Random stuff and if they ran out of certain bagels no explanation.

What a quaint place to dine and have a nice time. Very cozy atmosphere without a doubt. Andrew was amazing! He was knowledgeable on signature sandwiches and very conscious of my allergies! 10/10 Andrew ! Thank you!!!!
