Einstein Bros. Bagels

EDIT: I order from here a lot for my coworkers. Literally never got napkins on any order besides this one. And half the time bagels are burnt or not toasted.

It's absolutely pathetic when they bribe you for 5 star reviews like this. Maybe when corporate isn't pushing for surveys you could take the same amount of care to include napkins and pack things nicely. Big boss must have been around so they all acting right. Lol. Nah I'll pass on the free bagels. This place is your average Einstein Bros. Nothing special. Actually never had napkins included in any order until today so they are improving lol

Einstein Bagels will alway be my Favorite but god the staff here have no sense of urgency. It’s crazy how I order 2 bagels and it takes 30 min to get it? How is that possible when they’re not even that busy .

Came to LV on vacation and ended up at Einstein Bros. Bagels 3 times. I have never met nicer people working! Maxx, specifically, was so sweet and helpful! Great food. Great service.

6:20am. No one in the restaurant, waited 6 minutes for someone to greet me, when I ordered a box of bagels they said they said it would be several minutes as they were out…? 10 min waste.

I received food poisoning yesterday at 7:30 am throwing up and diaharea

Don’t go here on your way to work or if you are in any kind of hurry . It took 30 mins for an egg sandwich, I thought I would give it a 2nd chance but it always takes this long. They are busy filling orders for Uber eats and door dash

I got the texas brisket bagel on jalapeño and I'm just rating the bagel , not all the bagels but just this one. I did not like the brisket in the bagel. The brisket had alot of grisel in it and it looked boiled, I should have listen to my wife ( u don't get bbq meat at a bagel shop) yeah THIS bagel just wasn't hitting the spot , it didn't even tickle it.

This location is trash. Took my order. I paid. Then they all the sudden don’t have what I paid for. Got a replacement (still not the one ordered) there was egg crumbs inside my wrapped sandwich that HAD NO EGGS!!

Idk if they are understaffed or what but they had more orders than they could handle with just a dozen people standing around waiting, and the temperature was too hot to comfortably enjoy my bagel

No issues I came in with my puppy. Food was amazing no issues . Customer service could’ve been better instead of being so dry. It was early so maybe they wasn’t early people.

What I seen in the picture and what I received. Two different things. I paid full price and got hoodwinked. Where's the meat. In the picture the meat is hanging off the side and this is what I get. Y'all need to do better.
