Paulette is so sweet and boy is she multitasking. Helping not just one but several customers at once with a smile on her face the entire time. Truly amazing customer service!

I go to Einsteins bagels everyday, this is by far the worst tasting bagel I've ever had from any location. Asked for the bagel to be toasted, they did not toast it and put cream cheese on a non toasted bagel and gave to me and my father. Why not just give raw ingredients to us, probably would've tasted better.

I like the All-Nighter egg sandwich. It’s delicious. Service at the West Flamingo location was quick and the staff is friendly.

My husband and I went there for a breakfast sammie on Memorial Day. It wasn’t terribly busy so we were surprised when my order was wrong. Understanding mistakes happen I noticed the cashier that my order was wrong. When my 2nd sandwich arrived the bagel was cold, even though it was supposedly toasted. Almost as though the timer on the toaster wasn’t long enough and the bacon was cold. The side of cheesy hash browns were still cold inside. My husbands sandwich bagel was also cold and the cheddar cheese wasn’t melted either. A complete miss. I ended up spending almost $30 for two sandwiches.
Service and food has gone down hill. Even though they say that bacon is already pre-cooked, you can see from the photo that the bacon is cold and undercooked
They had so many good options to pick from . There were nice and gave many other option in case we didn't want those certain bagels with the food we had
Everybody is so helpful and nice at this location. From the manager-Paulette, Max and Hanna. What a great bunch of people. I enjoy going at least 3 times a week. Keep up the amazing job you all do.👍👍👍
I came here this morning for the first time and was surprised by how busy it was. The staff was really friendly with good communication. The place looked clean and inviting with lots of customers sitting down to dine in. My food came out quickly and did not disappoint. The bagels here are really delicious. It was a lively and positive atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Friendliest Einsteins I've ever been to.
Service was really good, even with a new trainee (who was friendly, even with my accent). Could easily come back for lunch or breakfast everyday.
7 people working but no one helping the customers. Had to wait several minutes to buy bagels. Next the bagels have shrunk, a lot. 13 don't even fill their box anymore. I wont be back. The cream cheese is great.
I ordered 3 bagels and a muffin. It took almost 25 minutes, and the place wasn’t even that busy. They toasted all my bagels, even when I said to not do that. It wasn’t even toasted, it was burnt! I almost didn’t get my muffin either, until the worker asked if I wanted it. Of course I do, I payed for that! There was definitely enough employees, too. But really, who asks last second if I want the muffin I payed for.
Friendly staff and fast service. I really enjoyed my ham & Swiss Egg sandwich. 🥪
