Drove over on my very short lunch break. Arrived at 1:45 (closes at 2) Door locked. Already breaking down. Guess I don’t get lunch today. Thanks my dudes!! I hope your manager sees this!!😭

Giving major kudos to Gabriela at this location. She was able to accommodate my daughter, as she only likes the everything bagels and they always sell out so fast. Love this location, it’s the only Einstein we go to!

The level of rudeness at this Einstein Bros. location was unbelievable. The employee making bagels spoke to customers in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. When you are preparing food and interacting with the public, basic hygiene and customer service should be the absolute minimum.

This was my first and last visit. I walked out without ordering because of how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt. Completely unacceptable.

Stopped in for a quirk 'pick me up' & was glad I did. Clean & upbeat atmosphere. Greeted with a smile, staff were polite & helpful. Kudos to management, they are leading by example!

My favorite Einstein's store to go to. Paulette is an amazing manager with an amazing team with her. She actually remembered my phone number and what I like to order when I come there. Everyone smiles and is always friendly. The store is clean, and it seems like that staff just cares, which is something I really appreciate. I'd rather drive a few extra miles out of my way to buy from a place that takes pride in quality, appearance, and actually remembered my name.

I go every week and order the same thing. I always call to place my order and the workers are always very nice. Paulette answered and was very rude about needing to place my order online and didn’t take it. I explained to her that my app wasn’t working, and she just said to just come in to order it. Then when I went in once I saw her yelling at one of her employees. She always has an attitude. The rest of the workers are great tho.

I don’t stop by this Einstein’s on 215 and Flamingo too often, but every time I do, it’s always a great experience. I usually come in around 5 AM, and Paulette is always there with a big smile and friendly attitude — she really makes the morning better!

The bagels are always fresh and taste great, and as someone who drinks decaf, I really appreciate that they always have a fresh pot brewed every time I’ve been in. The store is clean, the rest of the staff is friendly, and it’s just a nice way to start the day.

Adam made my trip more pleasant. I sat in the dining area and watched him give everyone he interacted with personal service. Some he even knew their names. I would imagine this is a tough job and he does it with kindness.
