Einstein bro beagles on South Eastern is the bomb.com!! The staff are very friendly and exceptional!! The bagels are always fresh! The staff are very friendly and really get to know their customers. This is happy place for breakfast and coffee!!

This place has gone down. This seems like a corporate management issue, they must be unaware of how busy this place is. They were out of alot of the basics, and swamped on a Saturday morning. They seemed understaffed and frantically doing their best. But the results show in the food. And OJ in the cup is no longer fresh but repackaged minute maid, the worst. Not even Tropicana that is not from concentrate.

A decent place to get a bagel and beverage.
This particular time I ordered a blueberry bagel and small coffee.
I usually order egg white sandwich with avocado,bacon and tomato. At times, it's very busy in the morning.

Ordered a thin sesame bagel Santa Fe sandwich with two egg whites. The bagel wasn’t thin cut and the egg whites were flimsy and were kind of weird tasting? There was hardly any cream cheese as well, so tasted a bit dry. I wasn’t impressed with this Einstein’s unfortunately! The service was good though.

The last month the service has gone down. This is the forth time in a roll that my order was not correct. It's as if they don't pay attention when taking orders. The tall new manager ( African decent I believe ) is rude as hell! If the customer see it I only can imagine how she treats her staff. I would be very concerned if i was corporate! Other manager thats been there for a while and staff are very friendly..

This location is wildly chaotic and inefficient. It appears to me there is a gap in training. There is also a clear sign of poor communication amongst the crew. They don’t seem to have a solid system and the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed even with a low volume of customers. I feel bad for the employees of this location…corporate should consider upskilling and/retraining this team.
