Einstein Bros. Bagels

over 1 HOUR wait for 2 bagel sandwhiches. they have a gentleman with glasses who is COMPLETELY NONVERBAL working the front register AND doing cofees at the same time. poor guy was SHAKING from overwhelming himself.

This place is gross, my photos will speak for themselves. The owners should be absolutely ashamed! It’s not that hard to hire a cleaning crew on occasion at a place that SERVES FOOD!

Staff is extremely unfriendly. Location is absolutely filthy. Floors need to be cleaned, the carpet is disgusting and our order was all wrong. I would avoid this location!!

I placed my order online 40 minutes ahead, yet they still took an extra 10 minutes. The customer service is awful.

Unfortunately this is the only location in town apparently that sells cranberry bagels and trust me I've called around. Well I understand I can order ahead unfortunately ordering ahead on a Sunday for a Monday You can only take advantage of one discounted dozen on Monday. So that kind of defeats the purpose unfortunately but I understand one per person on the discount. I really wish the other locations would step up their game and start carrying cranberry bagels sure this is a first world problem but at the end of the day maybe branch out a little and see if the demographic with some of your other locations would like cranberry bagels because we have a Einstein's that is closer to us but we travel further since this is the only place we can get the cranberries at.

We order online the bakers dozen and 6 specialty bagels, 2 breakfast sandwichs. 2 cereal pops, and a free large ice coffee. They never put out my ice coffee ready for pickup, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for it. For the first 7 minutes the workers just looked at me and never came up to me to see what I was waiting for. I was finally able to say that I was missing my large ice coffee and the man just said okay and never got it, went back to making other orders. I left after waiting another 8 minutes without my ice coffee. Then I got home and checked out the 6 specialty bagels that I paid extra.
I returned the next weekend and Miles was very attentive and nice and concerned about last week experience and made things right with providing the missing items. He made it a good experience.

50 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Bagels were made well ahead of coffees and were cold when I received them

This is the slowest location I have been to. the service is deplorable!

Good quick hit for bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Edficient and food bagel options. Less then 10 minutes and you are out.

I dont understand how this location stays open. Miserable staff burnt bagels manager was rude for no reason sad how far this place has fallen

Incompetent employees order Turkey Swiss on a pretzel bagel it made think is comes on a plain bagel not toasted not made thin asked them to correct it and I get turkey and cheddar instead of Swiss all these places have lazy employees that don't care

Unfriendly staff. Refused to toast my bagels. They said it was too busy with several customers behind me. I’m glad she helped me choose “0” on tip. No coffee either - empty containers.

This place is great I'm a regular here.
