I needed a quick bite to eat and some cofeee but didn’t want to go to a “restaurant” to sit down wait for a server and order.Googled bagels and gave me Einstein Bros Bagels.I got the avocado egg bacon sandwich on a garlic bagel and my favorite chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a coffee.All is well now lol I can continue my errands.Thanks for a friendly service!Kid-friendliness: Chocolate chip bagel is his favorite and they have apple juice as a choice and not just orange juice.

Well, this place is a waste of your money if you wish to spend in this manner, you will be better off heating up your own pots and the customer service from management on down is just pathetic! I will NEVER consider this place to even the homeless!

I recently visited Einstein Bros Bagels in Henderson, Nevada, and had an outstanding experience. The lox and bagels were impeccably fresh and flavorful. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Highly recommend for bagel enthusiasts!
Horrible customer service no one acknowledges you and after 10 minutes of waiting I got a “I’ll be right with you” and still received no help for quite awhile. The service used to be amazing I’m not sure what changed but they definitely need to retrain their

The young woman taking our order was terrific but it went downhill after that. For 1 bagel it took 20 minutes and the place wasn’t that crowded. A woman who arrived after us received her order before us and she had more. I should have taken a picture but I was out done. It was burnt. When I say burnt, beyond blackened and you could taste the smoke. I will never go back or recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!

I've been to this location multiple times because I personally have always loved their bagels but recently this place has been a complete disappointment. Simply put their service is horrible, I waited in front of the registers for over 10 minutes before I had to ask if I was going to get any assistance, they replied "we'll be right with you" I waited approximately another 5 minutes while the employees stood around chitchatting before I finally got some help. The bagels themselves also used to taste much better than they do now. Frankly I don't see myself returning here anymore.
