Good food terrible service.its 10:52 am and they are out of coffee; both decaf and regular. So I tried the dark roast and it tasted horrible. So end up waiting for them to brew more. I just feel that a bagel and coffee cafe running out of coffee is the equivalent of going to Dennys and they ran out of eggs. Unbelievable!!!

I was so excited to eat in this place because I brought my family and we were eating together. After I ordered and paid at 10:26am. Then the clerk at the counter told me that I have a freebie, a chicken sandwich, so double happiness because they gave me a free sandwich though we don't need it. It was 10:54 and I went to the counter and verify the freebie, the long hair blondie told me rudely to wait for my name to be called. I noticed the guy before took his already so I went back at 10:56. Another clerk ask what I want, so I told her nicely that I am waiting for the sandwich, the longhaired blondie went to us and look at the receipt and went to the kitchen to prepare. This is the time I left because they never prepared the chicken sandwich. Please next time, if you want to give something, be faithful to it. I don't know if will go back to Einstein. Honestly, my family likes the food but maybe in the other outlet.

Bagels are tasty. Service can be a little hit or miss, but are at least friendly. They do a nice job with the coffee as well.

Bagels are a day or two old. This is not the 1st time that they use old bagels. I will not be buying any more bagels from them, all locations are the same.

Did a mobile order which told me 15-20 minutes 45 minutes later it still wasn’t even started their food is out of this world but don’t do a mobile order if u want ur food in the time stated. I asked about my order and when the lady looked at the ticket mine was on top and still had to wait another 15 minutes. I then went back up and finally asked for a refund.

Everything is so rushed. I tried to ask a question and was snapped at. When I got home I order wasn't even done correctly. Can't wait to take the money and next customer next customer. Glad their business models working so well, I'm going to give this place a break.

Great bagels

Like how I say, i'm already wait thirty minutes now.It's already an hour and one from the manager be mean and rood to me, needed the fire. Have for the people there

Picked up a box of assorted bagels and smear for work. In and out in minutes with a less sweet option than donuts. Bagels were tasty and gone in minutes of setting them out.
