Einstein Bros. Bagels

From this morning: quick and friendly service, piping hot and fresh tasting bacon & eggs, and the bagel was awesome. Will be going back tomorrow morning.

At first glance they seem relatively simple & I’ve heard good things about Einstein Bro’s. Our experience in the Excalibur location was merely mediocre. Customer Service needs some improvement. Flo was goodish, but at the cost of frustration regarding mixup’s and feeling like I was in the wrong correcting what I ordered to them was a turn-off for me.

Over priced attitude! We ordered a cold brew shake and a blackberry lemonade. When our order was up they told us they were out of lemonade and they handed my spouse a cold brew, cold brew coffee and the girl didn’t have a name tag but she wanted to argue with my spouse that we ordered a cold brew and had to pull the receipt out for proof; and when I wanted to order a similar drink same price she was rude and said it has to be the same price and we politely said it is the lemonade was 9.50 as well and she had to get the manager to approve it after someone telling her if it’s the same price it’s ok; I just think she didn’t meet up to the price i know it’s Vegas but still almost $20 for 2 coffees and then to get wrong order and attitude no thank you, I’ve worked in restaurants I know you can mark an item sold out on these newer pos systems so do better Einstein bros do better!

This was a great valued breakfast on a quick decision. We were able to take it back to our room and enjoy it in peace. The coffee was good, really hit the spot. The Green Chili bagel had some kick to it which was a nice addition to the egg and sausage sandwich I was having.

What a sorry excuse for an Einstein’s. This place is not representative of their many other locations. Bagel was stale, cheese was stale, I feel like my 2 year old could’ve put together a better bagel. I should’ve gone next door to Krispy Kreme. Donuts would’ve been better.

Unique bagel flavors, good toppings. The man at the counter was really nice and did his best to accommodate my order changes. Service was quick even though they were busy. Simple bagel and cream cheese is affordable. The sandwiches are a bit expensive but it's a las vegas hotel so it's to be expected.

Terrible service. Staff is very rude and cannot be bothered. I would not return. Way to experience to be this rude.

The guy with glasses is very rude and doesn’t talk properly with customer. His replies are blunt and unprofessional.
I am not coming to this shop again.

A guy with glasses is so rude he throw your food he got angry cause I had grab a few napkins that he did not put in our to go bag. He don’t need to be working there if he going to be treating customers like that. Highly disappointed.

They forgot all my sauces. They didnt have any salt and the cheese wasn't melted. All in all it wasn't a great experience. It was really expensive and definitely didn't fill my expectations.

The food was really good! The employees seemed overwhelmed and were rude. The seating is limited and most of the seats in the area were ripped.
