In this place you will find a lot of options to choose bagels. Is ideal to breakfast. The service is quick and easy to order.

Got my order wrong and when I went back the guy shrugged and said there was nothing he could do about it - I was actually speechless. Only spend your money here if you enjoy dry bagels with no fillings and terrible customer service.

Food was good but the customer service was non-existent. Orders were taken at a kiosk and staff did not interact with customers. 30 minutes to get a bagel sandwich seems a bit excessive. Horrible location. Go somewhere else.

I’ve always wanted to try this place and it didn’t disappoint! I had the farmhouse sandwich and a coffee. You order on a kiosk and you can pay at the register if you have cash.

Food is OK. Service was the worst I've ever seen. Every customer was treated terrible. Employees couldn't care less about the job. They even messed up my order, made me bring the food back to prove they messed up. Still giving nothing but attitude, no apologies or acknowledgements. Don't go here.

This place needs new management or something- everyone seems very overworked. Ordered an avocado toast with a coffee and the toast wasn't toasted and the coffee didn't come out (had to ask them to make it). Not fast.
One of the better breakfast options here. Big line but staff was great and it moved quickly. Food was as expected for this chain.

Two straight mornings of messing up my order. Do not recommend.
Did not open on time, the kiosk ordering is not clear. I ordered a combo and wanted with a hot chocolate, was told (after ordering) it's only coffee and I have to pay extra for a other drink.
$51 for 3 bagel combos and a muffin.
The house always wins in Las Vegas

Restaurantji Recommends
Tina waited on me at the counter and was absolutely delightful. I asked a couple of questions and she was kind and responsive and helpful. She also makes a fantastic mocha. Not common traits in a world of demanding and entitlement! Her counterpart - Stephanie - who made my food was also very kind and did a great job on preparing my food according to my personal requests! I would highly recommend them each getting a gold star and a cookie - and a pay raise!

Ordering kiosks is hurting this business. Food was great, but the line to order was horrible.

Food is priced much higher than the same shop off the strip of course, would be better off getting an uber to the university district store where the staff are much better. Got charged $3 to add an espresso shot even though the menu says customize it $1 and lists the syrups, espresso shots and milks. When I asked they said an espresso shot is just a flavour, well where is the $3 espresso shot listed? The syrup wasn't even $1 either. They also don't show prices of their new items, their new bagel is $17.50, nearly twice the other bagel prices.
